The Human Being سُورَةُ الإِنسَانِ

﴾ 1 ﴿ Has (Hal') it occurred (Ataa) to (Älaa) the human being (El' Insaani)* at a period (Hiinun) of (Mina) time (Ed'Dah'ri) he was (Yakun) nothing (Lam' Shai'an) to be mentioned (Maz'kuuraa)?
﴾ 2 ﴿ Indeed (Innaa), We created (Khalaq'naa) the human being (El' Insaani) from (Min) sperm (Nut'fatin) germ cells (gametes) (Am'shaajin) to test him (Nab'talii-hi), so (Fa) We granted him (Jaäl'naa-hu) hearing (Samiiä) and seeing (Basiiraa).
﴾ 3 ﴿ Indeed (Innaa), We led him (Hadai'naa-hu) to the way (Es'Sabiila), either (Immaa) he is grateful (Shaakiraan) or (Wa Immaa) ungrateful (Kafuuraa).
﴾ 4 ﴿ Indeed (Innaa), We have prepared (A'tad'naa) chains 1 (Salaasila'), shackles 2 (Ag'laalan) and (Wa) inferno 3 (Saeeraa) for the disbelievers (Lil' Kaafiriina).
﴾ 5 ﴿ Indeed (Inna), the pious (El'Ab'raara) will drink (Yash'rabuuna) from (Min) a cup (Ka'sin) whose mixture (Mizaaju-haa) is (Kaana) camphorated (Kaafuuraa),
﴾ 6 ﴿ as a spring (Äi'nan) of which (Bihaa) the servants of GOD (Ebaadu-llahi) will drink (Yash'rabu); We will make it gush forth (Yufajjiruuna-haa) by gushing (Taf'jiiraa).
﴾ 7 ﴿ They fulfilled (Yuufuuna Bi) the vows (theirs) (En'Naz'ri) and (Wa) feared (Yakhaafuuna) a day (Yaw'man) whose evil (Sharru-hu) will be (Kaana) widespread (Mus'tatiiraa).
﴾ 8 ﴿ And (Wa) they fed (Yut'emuuna) the poor (Mis'kiinan), the orphan (Yatiiman) and (Wa) the prisoner (Asiiraa) with food (Ettoääma) upon (Älaa) love for it (Hubbi-hi),
﴾ 9 ﴿ "We only (Innamaa) feed you (p) (-Nut'emu-kum) for (Li) the countenance of GOD (Waj'hi-llahi); we neither (Laa) desire (Nuriidu) from you (Minkum) repayment (Jazaa'an) nor (Walaa) gratitude (Shukuuraa).
﴾ 10 ﴿ "Indeed (Innaa), we fear (Nakhaafu) a day (Yaw'man) of (Min) frowning (Äbuusaan) and distress (Qam'toriiraa) from (Min) our LORD (Rabbi-naa).”
﴾ 11 ﴿ So (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) will protect them from (Waqaa-humu) the evil (Sharra) of that (Zaalika) Day (El'Yaw'mi), and (Wa) will offer them (Laqqaa-hum’) freshness (Nad'ratan) and happiness (Suruuraa).
﴾ 12 ﴿ And (Wa) HE will reward them (Jazaa-hum) with a garden (Jannatan) and (Wa) silk (Hariiraa) for what (Bimaa) they endured (Sobaru').
﴾ 13 ﴿ They will be resting (Muttaki’iina) on (Älaa) couches (El'Araa'iki) therein (Fiihaa). They will neither (Laa) see (Yaraw'na) the sun (Sham'san) therein (Fiihaa) nor (Walaa) severe cold (Zam'hariiran).
﴾ 14 ﴿ Its shelter (Zilaalu-haa) will cover them (Daaniyatan Älai'him), and (Wa) its bunches (Qutuufu-ha) will subdue (Zullilat') in surmounting (Taz'liilaa).
﴾ 15 ﴿ And (Wa) being circulated (Yutoafu) with (Bi) vessels (Aaniyatin) of (Min) silver (Fiddotin) around them (Älai'him) and (Wa) drinking glasses (Ak'waabin) becoming (Kaanat') flasks (Qawaariira),
﴾ 16 ﴿ flasks (Qawaariira') of (Min) silver (Fiddotin) which can be measured (Qaddaruu-ha) by estimation (Taq'diiraa).
 ﴾ 17 ﴿ And (Wa) they will drink from (Yus'qaw'na) a cup (Ka'saan) therein (Fiiha) whose mixture (Mizaaju-haa) is (Kaana) of ginger (Zanjabiilaa);
 ﴾ 18 ﴿ as a spring (Äi'nan) therein (Fiiha); called (Tusammaa) nectar (Sal'sabiilaa).
﴾ 19 ﴿ And (Wa) immortal (Mukhalladuuna) children (Wil'daanun) will circulate (Yatuufu) around them (Älai'him’), when (Izaa) you see them (Ra'ai'ta-hum’), you will consider them (Hasib'ta-hum’) as scattered (Manthuuran) pearls (Lu'luan).
﴾ 20 ﴿ And (Wa) when (Izaa) you (s) see (Ra'ai'ta), then (Thumma) you will see (Ra'ai'ta) bliss (Naeeman) and magnificent (Kabiiraa) dominion (Mul'kan).
﴾ 21 ﴿ On them (the inhabitants) (Ääliya-hum') will be green (Khud'run) garments (Thiyaabu) of silk fabric (Sundusin) and (Wa) brocade (Is'tab'raqun). And (Wa) they will be adorned with (Hulluu') bracelets (Asaawira) of (Min) silver (Fiddotin), and their LORD (Rabbu-hum') will give them (-hum) pure (Tohuuraa) drink (Sharaaban) to drink (Saqaa-).
﴾ 22 ﴿ Indeed (Inna), this (Haaza) is (Kaana) a reward (Jazaa'an) for you (Lakum'), and (Wa) your effort (Sa'yu-kum) has been (Kaana) appreciated (Mash'kuuraa).

﴾ 24 ﴿ So (Fa) be patient (Es'bir') for (Li) the judgement (Huk'mi) of your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) and (Wa) do not (Laa) obey (Tuti') a sinner (Aathiman) or (Aw') a disbeliever (Kafuuraa) among them (Min'hum').

﴾ 27 ﴿ Indeed (Inna), these people (Haaulaai) love (Yuhibbuuna) the worldly existence (El'Ääjilata) while (Wa) leaving (Yazaruuna) a heavy (Thaqiilan) day (Yaw'man) beyond them (Waraa'ahum’).
﴾ 28 ﴿ We (Nah'nu) created them (Khalaq'naa-hum') and (Wa) strengthened (Shadad'naa) their apprehension (As'ra-hum'), and (Wa) whenever (Izaa) We will (Shi'naa), We can replace (Baddal'naa) the likes of them (Am'thaala-hum') by substitution (Tab'diilaa).
﴾ 29 ﴿ Indeed (Inna), this (Haazihi) is a reminder (Taz'kiratun); so (Fa) whoever (Man) wills (Shaa'a) should take (Ettakhaza) a way (Sabiilaa) to (ilaa) his LORD (Rabbi-hi). (73:19)
﴾ 30 ﴿ And (Wa) you do not (Maa) will (Tashaauuna) unless (illaa An) GOD wills (Yashaa'a-llahu). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is (Kaana) Omniscient (Äliiman) and Wise (Hakiimaa).
﴾ 31 ﴿ HE admits (Yud'khilu) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau) into (Fii) HIS mercy (Rah'mati-hi); as for (Wa) the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiina), HE has prepared (Aädda) for them (Lahum') a painful (Aliima) punishment (Äzaaban).
