The Kneeling

 ﴾ 1 ﴿ H (Ha), M (Miim):
﴾ 2 ﴿ The revelation (Tanziilu) of the Book (El'Kitaabi) is from GOD (Minallahi), the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizi), the WISE (El' Hakiim).
﴾ 3 ﴿ Indeed (Inna), there are (La) signs (miracles) (Aayaatin) in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di) for the believers (Lil' Mu'miniin),
﴾ 4 ﴿ and (Wa) in (Fii) your creation (Khal'qi-kum’) and what (Wamaa) HE transmits (Yabutthu) of (Min) creatures (Daabbattin); are signs (Aayaatun) for (Li) people (Qaw'min) who are certain (Yuuqinuun).
﴾ 5 ﴿ And (Wa) the variation (Ekh'tilaafi) of the night (Ellaili) and the day (Wan' Nahaari) and what (Wamaa) GOD sends down (Anzala-llahu) from (Mina) the sky (Es'Samaai) of (Min) sustenance (Riz'qin) to (Fa) revive (Ah'yaa) the earth (El'Ar'do) thereby (Bihi) after (Ba'da) it lifelessness (Maw'ti-ha) and (Wa) diverts (Tas'riifi) the winds (Er'Riyaahi); are signs (Aayaatun) for (Li) people (Qaw'min) who reason (Ya'qiluun).
﴾ 6 ﴿ These (Til'ka) are the verses of GOD (3:108) (Aayaatu-llahi) which We recite (Nat'luu-ha) to you (s) (Älai'ka) in truth (Bil' Haqqi). So (Fa) in (Bi) which (Ayyi) discourse (Hadiithi) after GOD 1 (Ba'dallahi) and (Wa) HIS verses 2 (Aayaati-hi) will they believe (Yu'minuun)? (77:50 / 7:185)
﴾ 7 ﴿ Woe (Wai'lun) to (Li) every (Kulli) sinful (Athiim) liar (Affaakin)
﴾ 8 ﴿ who hears (Yas'mau) the verses of GOD (31:7) (Aayaati-llahi) being recited (Tut'laa) to him (Älai'hi), then (Thumma) insists (Yusirru) arrogantly (Mus'tak'biran) as if (Ka-an) he had not (Lam’) heard them (Yas'ma'haa). Therefore (Fa) announce to him (Bas'shir'hu) of (Bi) a painful (Aliim) punishment (Äzaabin).
﴾ 9 ﴿ And (Wa) when (Izaa) he learns (Älima) something (Shai'an) from (Min’) Our verses (Aayaati-naa), he takes them (Ettakhaza-ha) in mockery (Huzuwan). Those (U'laaika) will have (Lahum) a humiliating (Muhiin) punishment (Äzaabun).
﴾ 10 ﴿ Beyond them (Min Waraai-him) is Hell (Jahannamu). Nothing (Laa Shai'an) those (Maa) have earned (Kasabu') will avail them (Yug'nii Än'hum) nor (Walaa) what (Maa) they had taken (Ettakhazu') as guardians (Aw'liyaa'a) besides GOD (Min Duuni-llahi). They will have (Lahum) a vicious (Äziim) punishment (Äzaabun).
﴾ 11 ﴿ This (Haaza) is guidance (2:2) (Hudan). And (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieve (Kafaru') in (Bi) the verses (Aayaati) of their LORD (Rabbi-him) will have (Lahum) the torment (Äzaabun) of (Min) a painful (Aliim) punishment (Rij'zin).
﴾ 12 ﴿ GOD (Ellahu) is the One who (Ellazii) has subjugated (Sakkhara) the sea (El'Bah'ra) for you (Lakum) so that (Li) ships (El'Ful'ku) may sail (Taj'riya) therein (Fiihi) by (Bi) HIS command (Am'ri-hi) and (Wa) that (Li) you may seek (Tab'tagu') for (Min) HIS favour (Fad'li-hi) perhaps you (Laällakum) will be thankful (Tash'kuruun).
﴾ 13 ﴿ And (Wa) HE has subjugated (Sakkhara) for you (Lakum) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and whatever (Wamaa) is on (Fii) earth (El'Ar'di) altogether (Jamiiän) from HIM (Min'hu). Indeed (Inna), there are (La) signs (Aayaatin) in (Fii) that (Zaalika) for (Li) people (Qaw'min) who ponder (Yatafakkaruun).
﴾ 14 ﴿ Tell (Qul Li) those who (Laziina) believe (Aamanu') to forgive (Yag'firu' Li) those who (Laziina) do not (Laa) expect (Yar'juuna) the days of GOD (Ayyaama-llahi) so that (Li) HE may recompense (Yaj'ziya) the people (Qaw'ma) for what (Bimaa) they have (Kaanu') earned (Yak'sibuun).
﴾ 15 ﴿ Whoever (Man') acts (Ämila) righteous (Soalihan), then (Fa) it is for (Li) his soul (Naf'si-hi) and whoever (Waman') does evil (Asaa'a), then (Fa) it is against it (himself) (Älai'ha). Then (Thumma) to (ilaa) your LORD (Rabbi-kum) you will be returned (Tur'jauun).
﴾ 16 ﴿ And (Wa) We certainly (Laqad') gave (Aatai'naa) the Children of Israel (Banii Is'raaiila) the Book 1 (El'Kitaaba), the Judgement 2 (El'Huk'ma) and Prophethood 3 (Wan' Nubuwwata), and We provided them (Razaq'naa-hum) with (Mina) good things (Ettoyyibaati) and favoured them (Faddol'naa-hum) over (Älaa) all people (El'Äälamiin).
﴾ 17 ﴿ And (Wa) We gave them (Aatai'naa-hum) proofs (Bayyinaatin) of the matter (Minal' Am'ri), but (Fa) they did not (Maa) differ (Ekh'talafuu') except (illa) after (Min Ba'di) what (Maa) had come to them (Jaa'a-humu) of the knowledge (El' il'mu), out of injustice (Bag'ya) between them (Bai'nahum’). Indeed (Inna), your LORD (s) (Rabba-ka) will judge (Yaq'dii) between them (Bai'nahum) on the Day of Resurrection (Yaw'mal' Qiyaamati) concerning what (Fiimaa) they have (Kaanu') disagreed (Yakh'talifuun Fiihi).
﴾ 18 ﴿ Then (Thumma) We appointed you (s) (Jaäl'naa-ka) with (Älaa) laws (5:48) (Shariiätin) of the matter (Minal' Am'ri); so (Fa) follow it (Et'tabi'haa) and do not (Walaa) follow (Tattabi') the inclinations (Ah'waa'a) of those who (Ellaziina) do not know (Ya'lamuun).
﴾ 19 ﴿ Indeed, they (Innahum) can never (Lan) avail you (s) (Yug'nu' Än-ka) against GOD (Minallahi) at all (Shai'an). Indeed (Inna), the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiina) are allies (Aw'liyaau) of each other (Ba'du-hum Ba'din); and (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is the Ally (Waliyyu) of the pious (El'Muttaqiin).
﴾ 20 ﴿ This (Haaza) is insight (6:104) (Basoa'iru) for mankind (Lin' Naasi) and (Wa) as guidance (Hudan) and (Wa) mercy (Rah'matun) for (Li) people (Qaw'min) who are certain (Yuuqinuun).
﴾ 21 ﴿ Or (Am') do those who (Ellaziina) commit (Ej'tarahu') bad deeds (Es'Sayyiaati) think (Hasiba) that (An) We will render them (Naj'äla-hum’) like (Ka) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati); their life (Mah'yaa-hum’) and (Wa) their death (Mamaatu-hum’) to be equal (Sawaa'an)? Evil (Saa'a) is what (Maa) they decide (Yah'kumuun). (Disbeliever 8:50/ Believer 16:32)
﴾ 22 ﴿ And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) created (Khalaqa) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'do) in truth (Bil' Haqqi) so that (Li) every (Kullu) soul (Naf'si) may be recompensed (Tuj'zaa) for what (Bimaa) it has earned (Kasabat'), and (Wa) they (Hum') will not (Laa) be wronged (Yuz'lamuun).
﴾ 23 ﴿ So have you seen (Afa-ra'ai'ta) one who (Mani) has taken (Ettakhaza) his inclination (25:43) (Hawaa-hu) as his god (ilaaha-hu)? GOD (Ellahu) has sent him astray (Adolla-hu) despite (Älaa) knowledge (il'min) and (Wa) has sealed (Khatama Älaa) his hearing (Sam'e-hi) and his heart (Qal'bi-hi) and (Wa) has placed (Jaäla) a veil (Gishaawatan) over (Älaa) his eyesight (Basori-hi). So (Fa) who (Man) can guide him (Yah'dii-hi) after GOD (Min Ba'di-llahi)? Will you then not (Afalaa) remember (Tazakkaruun)?
﴾ 24 ﴿ And (Wa) they say (Qaalu'), "There is (Hiya) only (Maa illa) our (-naa) worldly (Ed'Dun'yaa-) life (Hayaatu); we live (Nah'ya) and die (Namuutu), and (Wa) only (Maa illa) fate (Ed'Dah'ru) destroys us (Yuh'likunaa).” They have (Lahum) no (Maa Min’) knowledge (il'min) about (Bi) that (Zaalika). They (Hum’) are only (In' illa) assuming (Yazunnuun).
﴾ 25 ﴿ And (Wa) when (Izaa) Our verses (Aayaatu-naa) are recited to them (Tut'laa Älai'him) as proofs (Bayyinaatin), their argument (Hujjata-hum) is (Kaana) only (Maa illa) to (An) say (Qaalu'), "Bring (E'tu' Bi) our ancestors (Aabaai-naa), if (In) you should be (Kuntum) truthful (Soadiqiin)."
﴾ 26 ﴿ Say (Quli): "GOD (Ellahu) gives you life 1 (Yuh'yii-kum), and then (Thumma) HE causes you to die 2 (Yumiitu-kum); then (Thumma) HE will gather you (Yaj'mau-kum) for (ilaa) the Day of Resurrection 3 (Yaw'mil' Qiyaamati) about which (Fiihi) there is no (Laa) doubt (Rai'ba), but (Walaakinna) most (Ak'thara) of the people (En'Naasi) do not (Laa) know (Ya'lamuun)."
﴾ 27 ﴿ And (Wa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) the dominion (Mul'ku) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di). And the day (Yaw'ma) the Hour (Es'Saa'ätu) will take place (Taquumu); on that day (Yaw'maizin) the falsifiers (El'Mub'tiluun) will lose (Yakh'saru).
﴾ 28 ﴿ And (Wa) you will see (Taraa) every (Kulla) nation (Ummatin) kneeling (Jaathiyatan)*. Every (Kullu) nation (Ummatin) will be called (Tud'ää) for (ilaa) its record (Kitaabi-haa), "Today (El'Yaw'ma) you will be recompensed (Tuj'zaw'na) for what (Maa) you have (Kuntum) done (Ta'maluun).
﴾ 29 ﴿ "This (Haaza), Our record (Kitaabu-naa) utters (Yantiqu Bi) the truth (El'Haqqi) about you (p) (Älai'kum). Indeed (Inna), We have (Kunna) transcribed (Nas'tansikhu) whatever (Maa) you have (Kuntum') done (Ta'maluun)."
﴾ 30 ﴿ Then (Fa) as for (Ammaa) those who (Ellaziina) believed (Aamanu') and (Wa) did (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati), thus (Fa) their LORD (Rabbu-hum) will admit them (Yud'khilu-hum) into (Fii) HIS mercy (Rah'mati-hi); that (Zaalika) is (Huwa) a clear (El'Mubiin) achievement (El'Faw'zu).
﴾ 31 ﴿ But (Wa) as for (Ammaa) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieved (Kafaruu'), "Were (A-) MY verses (Aayaatii) then not (-falam') recited to you (Tut'laa Älai'kum), and (Fa) you were arrogant (Es'tak'bar'tum) and (Wa) became (Kuntum') a criminal (Muj'rimiin) people (Qaw''man)?"
﴾ 32 ﴿ And (Wa) when (Izaa) it was said (Qiila), "Indeed (Inna), the promise of GOD (Wa'da-llahi) is true (Haqqun) and the Hour (Es'Saa'ätu); there is no (Laa) doubt (Rai'ba) about it (Fiihaa)." You said (Qul'tum), "We do not (Maa) know (Nad'rii) what (Maa) is the Hour (Es'Saa'ätu), we only (In' illa) assume (-Nazunnu) by assumption (Zonnan), and (Wa) we (Nah'nu) are not (Maa Bi) to be convinced (Mus'tai'qiniin)."
﴾ 33 ﴿ And (Wa) the bad deeds (Sayyiaatu) of what (Maa) they did (Ämilu') will appear to them (Badaa La-hum) and (Wa) what (Maa) they were (Kaanu') ridiculing (Yas'ta'ziuun Bihi) will afflict them (Haaqa Bi-him).
﴾ 34 ﴿ And (Wa) it will be said (Qiila), "Today (El'Yaw'ma) We will forget you (Nansaa-kum) as (Kamaa) you forgot (Nasii-tum) this (Haaza) your day (Yaw'mi-kum) of meeting (Liqaa'a), and (Wa) your refuge (Ma'waa-kumu) is the Fire (En'Naaru), and you will have (Lakum) no (Maa Min) helpers (Naasiriin).
﴾ 35 ﴿ "That (Zaalikum) is because you (Bi-anna-kumu) took (Ettakhaz'tum) the verses of GOD (Aayaati-llahi) in mockery (Huzuwan) and (Wa) the worldly (Ed'Dun'ya) life (El'Hayaatu) deluded you (Garrat'kumu)." So (Fa) on that day (El'Yaw'ma) they will not (Laa) leave it (Yukh'rajuuna Min'ha) nor (Walaa) will they (Hum') be considered (Yus'ta'tabuun).
﴾ 36 ﴿ Therefore (Fa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) the praise (1:2) (El'Ham'du); LORD (Rabbi) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and (Wa) LORD of the earth (Rabbil' Ar'di) is the LORD of the worlds (Rabbil' Äälamiin).
﴾ 37 ﴿ And (Wa) to HIM belongs (Lahu) all glory (El'Kib'riyaau) in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di), for (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizu), the WISE (El' Hakiim).
