The Conquest

﴾ 1 ﴿ Indeed (Innaa), We have dedicated (Fatah'naa) to you (s) (Laka) a clear (Mubiinaa) conquest (Fat'han)*
﴾ 2 ﴿ that (Li) GOD (Ellahu) may forgive you (Yag'fira Laka) what (Maa) was sent forth (Taqaddama) of (Min) your sin (s) (Zanbi-ka) and what (Wamaa) was held back (Ta'akkhara) and (Wa) complete (Yutimma) HIS blessing (Ni'mata-hu) upon you (Älai'ka) and guide you (Yah'diya-ka) to a straight (Mus'taqiima) path (Siraatoan), (82:5 / 75:13)
﴾ 3 ﴿ and (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) will support you (s) (Yansura-ka) with a mighty (Äziizaa) victory (Nas'raan).
﴾ 4 ﴿ HE (Huwa) is the One who (Ellazii) sent down (Anzala) tranquillity (Es'Sakiinata) into (Fii) the hearts (Quluubi) of the believers (El'Mu'miniina) so that (Li) they would increase (Yaz'daaduu') in faith (iimaanan) along with (Maä) their faith (iimaani-him’). And (Wa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) the soldiers (Junuudu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di), for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) Omniscient (Äliiman) and Wise (Hakiimaa).
﴾ 5 ﴿ So that (Li) HE may admit (Yud'khila) the believing men (El'Mu'miniina) and the believing women (Wal' Mu'minaati) into gardens (Jannaatin) beneath which (Min Tah'ti-ha) rivers (El'An'haaru) flow (Taj'rii), eternally (Khaalidiina) therein (Fiiha) and atone (Yukaffira) their bad deeds (Sayyiaati-him) for them (Än'hum’). That (Zaalika) is (Kaana) a great (Äziima) achievement (Faw'zan) before GOD (Endallahi).
﴾ 6 ﴿ And (Wa) HE may punish (Yuäzziba) the hypocrite men (El'Munaafiqiina) and the hypocrite women (Wal' Munaafiqaati) as well as (Wa) the polytheistic men (El'Mush'rikiina) and the polytheistic women (Wal' Mush'rikaati) who assume (Ez'Zoanniina) evil (Es'Saw'i) assumption (Zonna) about GOD (Billahi). Upon them (Älai'him) is the mishap (Daa'iratu) of evil (Es'Saw'i), for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is angry with them 1 (Gadiba Älai'him) and (Wa) has cursed them 2 (Laäna-hum’) and has prepared (Aädda) Hell (Jahannama) for them 3 (Lahum); and (Wa) evil (Saa'at') is the destiny (Masiiraa).
﴾ 7 ﴿ And (Wa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) the soldiers (Junuudu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di), for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) Almighty (Äziizan) and Wise (Hakiimaa).
 ﴾ 8 ﴿ Indeed (Innaa), We have sent you (s) (Ar'sal'naa-ka) as a witness 1 (Shaahidan), a missionary 2 (Mubas'shiran) and (Wa) a warner 3 (Naziiraa)
﴾ 9 ﴿ that (Li) you (p) may believe (Tu'minu') in GOD (Billahi) and (Wa) HIS messenger (Rasuuli-hi), honour HIM (Tuäzziruu-hu), revere HIM (Tuwaqqiruu-hu), and glorify HIM (Tusabbihuu-hu) in the morning (Buk'ratan) and before sunset (Asiila). (33:42)
﴾ 10 ﴿ Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) pledge allegiance to you (48:18) (Yubaayiuunaka) are only (Innamaa) pledging allegiance to GOD (Yubaayiuuna-llaha); the hand of GOD (Yadu-llahi) is over (Faw'qa) their hands (Ai'dii-him), but (Fa) whoever (Man) violates (Nakatha), then (Fa) he has only (Innama) violated (Yankuthu) against (Älaa) his soul (Naf'si-hi). And (Wa) whoever (Man') fulfils (Aw'faa Bi) what (Maa) he has promised to (Äähada Älai'hu) GOD (Ellahu), thence (Fa) HE will give him (Sa Yu'tii-hi) a great (Äziimaa) reward (Aj'raan).
﴾ 11 ﴿ Those left behind (El'Mukhallafuuna) of (Mina) the Arabs (9:97) (El'A'raabi) will say (Sa Yaquulu) to you (s) (Laka), “We are occupied (Shagalat'naa) with our wealth (Am'waalu-naa) and (Wa) our families (Ah'luu-naa), so (Fa) seek forgiveness for us (Es'tag'fir' La-naa)." They say (Yaquuluuna) with (Bi) their tongues (Al'sinati-him) what (Maa) is not (Lai'sa) in (Fii) their hearts (Quluubi-him’). Say (Qul'): "So who (Faman) can control (Yam'liku) anything (Shai'an) against GOD (Minallahi) for you (Lakum), if (In’) HE intended (Araada) adversity (Dorran) for you (Bikum) or (Aw') intended (Araada) benefit (Naf'ä) for you (Bikum)? In fact (Bal'), GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) conversant (Khabiira) with what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluuna).”
﴾ 12 ﴿ In fact (Bal'), you thought (Zonantum’) that (An) the Messenger (Er'Rasuulu) and the believers (Wal' Mu'minuuna) would never (Lan) return (Yanqaliba) to (ilaa) their families (Ah'lii-him), ever (Abadan). That (Zaalika) was adorned (Zuyyina) in (Fii) your hearts (Quluubi-kum’) and (Wa) you assumed (Zonantum') an evil (Es'Saw'i) assumption (Zonna) and became (Kuntum) useless (Buuraa) people (Qaw'ma).
﴾ 13 ﴿ And whoever (Waman) does not (Lam’) believe (Yu'min) in GOD (Billahi) and (Wa) HIS messenger (Rasuuli-hi), then (Fa) indeed (Innaa), We have prepared (A'tad'naa) an inferno (Saeeraa) for the disbelievers (Lil' Kaafiriina).
﴾ 14 ﴿ And (Wa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) the dominion (Mul'ku) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di), HE forgives (Yag'firu Li) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau) and (Wa) punishes (Yuäzzibu) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaa'). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) Forgiving (Gafuuran) and Merciful (Rahiimaa).
﴾ 15 ﴿ Those left behind (El'Mukhallafuuna) will say (Sa Yaquulu) when (Izaa) you take off (Entolaq'tum’) to (ilaa) the spoils (Magaanima) that (Li) you might take them (Ta'khuzuu-haa), "Let us (Zaruu-naa) follow you (Nattabi'kum)." They intend (Yuriiduuna) to (An) change (Yubaddilu') the words of GOD (6:115) (Kalaama-llahi). Say (Qul): "You will never (Lan) follow us (Tattabiuu-naa), thus (Kazaalikum) did GOD (Ellahu) say (Qaala) before (Min Qab'lu)." And (Fa) they will say (Sa Yaquuluuna), "In fact (Bal'), you envy us (Tah'suduuna-naa)." But rather (Bal'), they do (Kaanu') not (Laa) comprehend (Yaf'qahuuna) except (illa) a little (Qaliilaa).
﴾ 16 ﴿ Tell (Qul Li) those left behind (El'Mukhallafiina) of (Mina) the Arabs (El'A'raabi), "You will be invited (Sa Tud'äw'na) to (ilaa) a people (Qaw'min) who possess (U'lii) strong (Shadiidim) might (Ba'sin); in order to fight them (Tuqaatiluu-nahum) or (Aw') they will submit (Yas'limuuna). So (Fa) if (In) you obey (Tutiiu'), GOD (Ellahu) will give you (Yu'ti-kumu) a good (Hasana) reward (Aj'ran); but (Wa) if (In) you turn away (Tatawallaw') as (Kamaa) you turned away (Tawallai'tum) before (Min Qab'lu), HE will punish you (Yuäzzib'kum’) with a painful (Aliimaa) punishment (Äzaaban)."
﴾ 17 ﴿ There is no (Lai'sa) guilt upon (Harajun Älaa) the blind (El'A'maa) nor (Walaa) guilt upon (Harajun Älaa) the crippled (El'A'rajin) nor guilt upon (Harajun Älaa) the sick (El'Mariidi). For (Wa) whoever (Man) obeys GOD (Yutie-llaha) and (Wa) HIS messenger (Rasuula-hu), HE will admit him (Yad'khil'hu) into gardens (Jannaatin) beneath which (Min Tah'ti-ha) rivers (El'An'haar) flow (Taj'rii); but (Wa) whoever (Man) turns away (Yatawalla), HE will punish him (Yuäzzib'hu) with a painful (Aliimaa) punishment (Äzaaban).

You see them (Tara-hum) bowing down (Rukka'än) in prostration (Sujjadan), seeking (Yab'taguuna) the favour (Fad'lan) of GOD (Minallahi) and approval (Rid'waanan). Their mark (Siimaa-hum) on (Fii) their faces (Wujuuhi-him) is from (Min') the trace (Athari) of prostration (4:102) (Es'Sujuudi). That (Zaalika) is their example (Mathalu-hum) in (Fii) the Torah (Ettaw'raati), and (Wa) their example (Mathalu-hum) in the Gospel (Fiil' Injiili) is like (Ka) a plant (Zar'in) which produces (Akh'raja) its tiller (Shat'a-hu) then (Fa) it strengthens (Aazara-hu), and (Fa) becomes thick (Es'tag'laza) and then (Fa) ripens (Es'tawaa) on (Älaa) its market (Suuqi-hi), delighting (Yu'jibu) the farmers (Ez'Zurraa'ä); so that (Li) HE (God) may enrage (Yagiiza) the disbelievers (Kuffaara) by them (Bihimu). GOD has promised (Waäda-llahu) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati) among them (Min'hum) forgiveness (Mag'firatan) and (Wa) a great (Aziima) reward (Aj'ran).
