The Consultation

 ﴾ 1 ﴿ H (Hä), M (Miim),
 ﴾ 2 ﴿ E (Äeen), S (Siin), Q (Qaaf):
﴾ 3 ﴿ Thus (Kazaalika) has HE inspired (Yuuhiyaa) to you (s) (ilai'ka), and (Wa) to (ila) those (Ellaziina) before you (s) (Min Qab'li-ka); GOD (Ellahu) is the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizu), the WISE (El' Hakiim).
﴾ 4 ﴿ To HIM belongs (Lahu) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and whatever (Wamaa) is on earth (Fiil' Ar'di), for (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the SUPREME (El' Äliyyu), the GREAT (El' Äziim).
﴾ 5 ﴿ The heavens (Es'Samaawaatu) almost (Takaadu) break apart (Yatafattor'na) above them (Min Faw'qi-hinna) as (Wa) the Angels (El'Malaa’ikatu) glorify (Yusabbihuuna) with (Bi) praise (Hamdi) of their LORD (Rabbi-him) and (Wa) they ask forgiveness (Yas'tag'firuuna) for those (Liman) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di). Verily (Alaa) indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is (Huwa) the FORGIVING (El' Gafuuru), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim).
﴾ 6 ﴿ As for (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) have taken (Ettakhazu') guardians (Aw'liyaa'a) other than HIM (Min Duuni-hi); GOD (Ellahu) guards (Hafiizun) over them (Älai'him’), and (Wa) you (s) (Anta) are not (Maa Bi) their advocate (Wakiil Älai'him).
﴾ 7 ﴿ And (Wa) thus (Kazaalika) We have inspired (Aw'hai'naa) to you (s) (ilai'ka)(Ärabiyyan) reading (Qur'aanan) that (Li) you may warn (Tunzira) the Source (Umma) of towns (El'Quraa) and those (Waman') around it (Haw'la-haa) and (Wa) warn (Tunzira) of the Day of Assembly (64:9) (Yaw'mal' Jam'e), about which (Fiihi) there is no (Laa) doubt (Rai'ba). A group (Fariiqun) will be in (Fii) the Garden (El'Jannati) and another group (Fariiqun) will be in (Fii) the Inferno (Es'Saeer).
﴾ 8 ﴿ And (Wa) if (Law') GOD had willed (Shaa'a-llahu), HE would have (La) made them (Jaäla-hum) one (Waahidatan) nation (Ummatan), but (Walaakin) HE admits (Yud'khilu) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau) into (Fii) HIS mercy (Rah'mati-hi). And (Wa) the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimuuna) will have (Lahum) no (Maa Min) guardian (Waliyyin) nor (Walaa) helper (Nasiir).
﴾ 9 ﴿ Or (Ami) do they have (Ettakhazu') guardians (Aw'liyaa'a) besides HIM (Min Duuni-hi)? For (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Huwa) the GUARDIAN (El' Waliyyu), HE (Huwa) revives (Yuh'yii) the dead (El'Maw'taa), and (Wa) HE (Huwa) is capable of (Qadiir Älaa) all (Kulli) things (Shai'in).
﴾ 10 ﴿ And (Wa) whatever (Maa Min Shai'in) you disagree about (Ekh'talaf'tumFiihi), thence (Fa) to GOD belongs (ilaallahi) its judgement (Huk'mu-hu). “That is GOD (Zaalikumu-llahu), my LORD (Rabbii); on HIM (Älai'hi) I have relied (Tawakkal'tu) and (Wa) to HIM (ilai'hi) I repent (Uniib).”
﴾ 11 ﴿ Originator (Faatiru) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di); HE grants you (Jaäla Lakum) mates (Az'waajan) from (Min') yourselves (Anfusi-kum), and (Wa) mates (Az'waajan) for (Mina) the livestock (El'An'äämi), HE multiplies you (Yaz'rau-kum) therein (Fiihi). There is nothing (Lai'sa Shai'un) compared to HIM (112:4) (Ka Mith'li-hi). And (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the HEARER (Es' Samiiu), the SEER (El' Basiir).
﴾ 12 ﴿ To HIM belongs (Lahu) the keys (39:63) (Maqaaliidu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di); HE extends (Yab'sutu) sustenance (Er'Riz'qa) for whomever (Liman) HE wills (Yashaau) and (Wa) limits (Yaq'dir). Indeed, HE (Innahu) is aware of (Äliim Bi) all (Kulli) things (Shai'in).
﴾ 13 ﴿ HE has legislated (Sharaä) for you (Lakum) of (Mina) the religion (Ed'Diini) which (Maa) HE advised to (Wassoaa Bi-hi) Noah (Nuuhan) and (Wa) which (Ellazii) We have inspired (Aw'hai'naa) to you (s) (ilai'ka), and which (Wamaa) We advised to (Wassoi'na Bi-hi) Abraham (Ib'raahiima), Moses (Muusaa), and Jesus (Eesa') that (An'), "Establish (Aqiimu') the religion (3:19) (Ed'Diina) and do not (Walaa) be separated (divided) (Tatafarraqu') therein (Fiihi)." It is difficult (Kabura) for (Älaa) the polytheists (El'Mush'rikiina) what (Maa) you invite them (Tad'uu-hum) thereto (ilai'hi). GOD (Ellahu) chooses (22:78) (Yaj'tabii) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau) to it (ilai'hi) and guides (Yah'dii) whoever (Man) repents (Yuniib) to HIM (ilai'hi).
﴾ 14 ﴿ And (Wa) they did not (Maa) separate (Tafarraquu') except (illa) after (Min Ba'di) what (Maa) had come to them (Jaa'a-humu) of the knowledge (El' il'mu), out of injustice (Bag'yaa) between them (Bai'nahum). And (Wa) if not (Law'laa) a word (Kalimatun) had preceded (Sabaqat') from (Mina) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) for (ilaa) a fixed (Musamman) term (Ajalin), HE (God) would have (La) judged (Qudiya) between them (Bai'nahum). Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) inherited (Uurithu') the Book (El'Kitaaba) after them (Min Ba'di-him) are in (Lafii) doubt (Shakkin) thereof (Min'hu), being suspicious (Muriib). (35:31-32)
﴾ 15 ﴿ So (Fa 2) invite (Ed'u) to (Li) that (Zaalika), and (Wa) be upright (Es'taqim) as (Kamaa) you (s) have been commanded (Umir'ta) and do not (Walaa) follow (Tattabi') their inclinations (Ah'waa'a-hum’). And (Wa) say (Qul'): "I have believed (Aamantu) in what (Bimaa) GOD has revealed (Anzala-llahu) of (Min) book (Kitaabi), and I have been commanded (Umir'tu) to (Li) regulate (A'dila) between you (Bai'nakumu); GOD (Ellahu) is our LORD (Rabbu-naa) and (Wa) your LORD (Rabbu-kum’). We have (Lanaa) our deeds (A'maalu-naa) and you have (Lakum) your deeds (A'maalu-kum’). There is no (Laa) argument (Hujjatan) between us and you (Bai'na-naa Wa Bai'na-kumu). GOD (Ellahu) will gather us altogether (Yaj'mau Bai'na-naa), and (Wa) to HIM (ilai'hi) is the destiny (El'Masiir)."
﴾ 16 ﴿ And (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) argue (Yuhaajjuuna) about GOD (Fiillahi) after (Min Ba'di) what (Maa) HE has responded to (Es'tujiiba Lahu); their argument (Hujjatu-hum) is invalid (Daahidatun) with (Enda) their LORD (Rabbi-him) and upon them (Älai'him) is the wrath (Gadobun), and (Wa) they will have (Lahum) a severe (Shadiid) punishment (Äzaabun).
﴾ 17 ﴿ GOD (Ellahu) is the One who (Ellazii) has revealed (Anzala) the Book (El'Kitaaba) with the truth 1 (Bil' Haqqi) and the balance 2 (Wal' Miizaan), as well as (Wa) that which (Maa) will make you know (Yud'rii-ka) perhaps (Laälla) the Hour (Es'Saa'äta) is near 3 (Qariib).
﴾ 18 ﴿ Those who (Ellaziina) do not (Laa) believe (Yu'minuuna) in it (Bihaa) are hastening for it (Yas'ta'jilu Bi-haa), but (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') are fearful (Mush'fiquuna) thereof (Min'ha) and (Wa) they know (Ya'lamuuna) that it (Annaha) is the truth (El'Haqqu). Verily (Alaa) indeed (Inna), those who dispute (Yumaaruuna) about (Fii) the Hour (Es'Saa'äti) are in (Lafii) distant (Baeed) error (Dolaali).
﴾ 19 ﴿ GOD (Ellahu) is affable to (Latiifu Bi) HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi); HE provides for (Yar'zuqu) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaa'u), for (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the POWERFUL (El' Qawiyyu), the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziiz).
﴾ 20 ﴿ Whoever (Man Kaana) desires (Yuriidu) the cultivation (Har'tha) of the hereafter (El'Aakhirati); We increase (Nazid') for him (Lahu) in (Fii) his cultivation (Har'thi-hi). And (Wa) whoever (Man Kaana) desires (Yuriidu) the cultivation (Har'tha) of the world (11:15) (Ed'Dun'yaa); We give him (Nu'ti-hi) thereof (Min'haa), but (Wa) he will have (Lahu) no (Maa Min) share (Nasiib) in the hereafter (Fiil' Aakhirati).
﴾ 21 ﴿ Or (Am') do they have (Lahum) associates (idols) (Shurakaau) who have legislated (42:13) (Sharau') for them (Lahum) of (Mina) a religion (Ed'Diini) to (Bihi) which (Maa) GOD (Ellahu) has not (Lam') authorized (Ya'zanu)? And (Wa) if not for (Law'laa) the decisive (El'Fas'li) word (Kalimatu), HE would have (La) judged (Qudiya) between them (Bai'nahum’). Indeed (Inna), the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiina) will have (Lahum) a painful (Aliim) punishment (Äzaabun).
﴾ 22 ﴿ You will see (Taraa) the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiina) fearful (Mush'fiqiina) of what (Mimmaa) they have earned (Kasabu'), and (Wa) it (Huwa) will tumble (Waaqiu) with them (Bihim). As for (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanu') and (Wa) did (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati), they will be in (Fii) meadows of the Gardens (Raw'doatil' Jannaati); they will have (Lahum) whatever (Maa) they wish (Yashaauuna) at (Enda) their LORD (Rabbi-him). That (Zaalika) is (Huwa) a great (El'Kabiir) favour (El'Fad'lu).
﴾ 23 ﴿ That (Zaalika) is what (Ellazii) GOD (Ellahu) gives as good news (Yubasshiru) to HIS servants (Ebaada-hu) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu’) and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati). Say (Qul): "I do not (Laa) ask you (As'alu-kum) a wage (Aj'ran) for it (Älai'hi) except (illa) love (El'Mawaddata) among (Fii) relatives (El'Qur'baa)." And whoever (Waman) commits (Yaq'tarif') a good deed (Hasanatan), We increase (Nazid') the good (Hus'nan) for him (Lahu) therein (Fiiha). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is Forgiving (Gafuurun) and Grateful (Shakuur).
﴾ 24 ﴿ Or (Am') are they saying (Yaquuluuna), "He (Mohammed) has invented (Ef'taraa) falsehood (Kaziban) about GOD (Älaallahi)"? And (Fa) if (In) GOD had willed (Yashai-llahu), HE could seal (Yakh'tim' Älaa) your heart (s) (Qal'bi-ka), but (Wa) GOD effaces (Yam'hu-llahu) falsehood (El'Baatila) and (Wa) enforces (Yuhiqqu) the truth (El'Haqqa) with (Bi) HIS words (Kalimaati-hi). Indeed, HE (Innahu) is aware of (Äliimu Bi) the essence (Zaati) of the bosoms (Es'Suduur).
﴾ 25 ﴿ And (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the One who (Ellazii) accepts (Yaq'balu) the repentance (Ettaw'bata) of (Än') HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi) and (Wa) pardons (Ya'fu' Äni) bad deeds (Es'Sayyiaati) and knows (Ya'lamu) whatever (Maa) you do (Taf'äluun).
﴾ 26 ﴿ And (Wa) HE answers (2:186) (Yas'tajiibu) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati), HE augments them (Yaziidu-hum) from (Min) HIS favour (Fad'li-hi), but (Wa) the disbelievers (El'Kaafiruuna) will have (Lahum) a severe (Shadiid) punishment (Äzaabun).
﴾ 27 ﴿ And (Wa) if (Law') GOD (Ellahu) should extend (Basato) sustenance (Er'Riz'qa) to (Li) HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi), they would (La) transgress (Bagaw') on earth (Fiil' Ar'di), but (Walaakin) HE sends down (Yunazilu) what (Maa) HE wills (Yashaau) by (Bi) measure (Qadarin). Indeed, HE (Innahu) to (Bi) HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi), is Conversant (Khabiiru) and Seeing (Basiir).
﴾ 28 ﴿ And (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the One who (Ellazii) sends down (Yunazzilu) the rain (El'Gai'tha) after (Min Ba'di) they (Maa) had despaired (Qanatu') and (Wa) spreads (Yanshuru) HIS mercy (Rah'mata-hu). And (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the GUARDIAN (El' Waliyyu), the PRAISEWORTHY (El' Hamiid).
﴾ 29 ﴿ And (Wa) among (Min') HIS signs 1 (Aayaati-hi) is the creation (Khal'qu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di) and what (Wamaa) HE transmits (Battha) through them both (Fiihimaa) of (Min) creatures (24:45) (Daabbatin). And (Wa) HE (Huwa) is capable of (Qadiir Älaa) gathering them (Jam'e-him) when (Izaa) HE wills (Yashaau).
﴾ 30 ﴿ And (Wa) whatever (Maa) befalls you (p) (Asoaba-kum) of (Min) misfortune (57:22) (Musiibatin) is because of what (Fabimaa) your hands (Ai'dii-kum) have earned (Kasabat’); but (Wa) HE pardons (Ya'fu' Än) much (Kathiir).
﴾ 31 ﴿ And (Wa) you (p) (Antum) cannot (Maa Bi) cause failure (Mu'jiziina) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di), nor (Wamaa) do you have (Lakum) any (Min) guardian (Waliyyin) or (Walaa) helper (Nasiir) besides GOD (Min Duuni-llahi).
﴾ 32 ﴿ And (Wa) among (Min') HIS signs 2 (Aayaati-hi) is the sailing (El'Jawaari) at sea (Fiil' Bah'ri), like (Ka) flags (El'A'laam).
﴾ 33 ﴿ If (In) HE wills (Yasha'), HE could calm (Yus'kini) the wind (Er'Riiha), then (Fa) they would remain (Yaz'lal'na) motionless (Rawaakida) on (Älaa) top of it (Zoh'ri-hi). Indeed (Inna), there are (La) signs (Aayaatin) in (Fii) that (Zaalika) for (Li) all (Kulli) who are patient (Sobbaarin) and grateful (Shakuur).

﴾ 35 ﴿ And (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) argue (Yujaadiluuna) against (Fii) Our verses (Aayaati-na) know (Ya'lama) that they have (Lahum) no (Maa Min) escape (Mahiis).
