تَنزِیلُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِیزِ ٱلۡعَلِیمِ The revelation (Tanziilu) of the Book (El'Kitaabi) is from GOD (Minallahi), the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizi), the OMNISCIENT (El' Äliim). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:2

غَافِرِ ٱلذَّنۢبِ وَقَابِلِ ٱلتَّوۡبِ شَدِیدِ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ذِی ٱلطَّوۡلِۖ لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ إِلَیۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ Forgiver (Gaafiri)* of sin (Ez'Zanbi), Acceptor (Qaabili) of repentance (Ettaw'bi), Severe (Shadiidi) in punishment (El'Eqaabi), Possessor (Zii) of power (Ettow'li); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa), to HIM (ilai'hi) is the destiny (El'Masiir). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:3

مَا یُجَـٰدِلُ فِیۤ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَلَا یَغۡرُرۡكَ تَقَلُّبُهُمۡ فِی ٱلۡبِلَـٰدِ None (Maa) argues (Yujaadilu) against (Fii) the verses of GOD (45:6) (Aayaati-llahi) except (illa) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieve (Kafaru'), so (Fa) do not let (Laa) their movement (Taqallubu-hum) in the land (Fiil' Bilaad) delude you (s) (Yag'rur'ka). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:4

كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحࣲ وَٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۖ وَهَمَّتۡ كُلُّ أُمَّةِۭ بِرَسُولِهِمۡ لِیَأۡخُذُوهُۖ وَجَـٰدَلُوا۟ بِٱلۡبَـٰطِلِ لِیُدۡحِضُوا۟ بِهِ ٱلۡحَقَّ فَأَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ فَكَیۡفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ The people (Qaw'mu) of Noah (Nuuhin) denied (Kazzabat’) before them (Qab'lahum) and so did (Wa) the parties (El'Ah'zaabu) after them (Min Ba'di-him’). And (Wa) every (Kullu) nation (Ummati) intended (Hammat’) to (Li) seize (Ya'khuzuu-hu Bi) their messenger (Rasuuli-him) and (Wa) they argued (Jaadalu') with falsehood (Bil' Baatili) to (Li) disprove (Yud'hidu' Bihi) the truth (El'Haqqa). So (Fa) I (God) seized them (Akhaz'tu-hum), and (Fa) how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) MY penalty (Eqaabi)? https://thegreatkoran.com/40:5

وَكَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوۤا۟ أَنَّهُمۡ أَصۡحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ And (Wa) thus (Kazaalika) has the word (Kalimatu) of your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) been imposed on (-Haqqat Älaa) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieved (Kafaruu') that they (Annahum) will be the companions (As'haabu) of the Fire (En'Naar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:6

ٱلَّذِینَ یَحۡمِلُونَ ٱلۡعَرۡشَ وَمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥ یُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَیُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَیَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ لِلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ۖ رَبَّنَا وَسِعۡتَ كُلَّ شَیۡءࣲ رَّحۡمَةࣰ وَعِلۡمࣰا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لِلَّذِینَ تَابُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعُوا۟ سَبِیلَكَ وَقِهِمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِیمِ Those who (Ellaziina) carry (Yah'miluuna) the Throne (El'Är'sha) and those (Waman') around it (Haw'la-hu), glorify (Yusabbihuuna) with (Bi) praise (Ham'di) of their LORD (Rabbi-him) and (Wa) believe in HIM (Yu'minuuna Bi-hi), and (Wa) they (the Angels) seek forgiveness (Yas'tag'firuuna) for those who (Lillaziina) believe (Aamanu'), "Our LORD (Rabba-naa), YOU have expanded (Wasi'ta) all (Kulla) things (Shai'in) in mercy (Rah'matan) and (Wa) knowledge (il'man), so (Fa) forgive (Eg'fir Li) those who (Laziina) have repented (Taabu') and followed (Ettabau') YOUR way (6:153) (Sabiila-ka) and safeguard them from (Waqi-him) the punishment (Äzaaba) of Hell (El'Jahiim). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:7

رَبَّنَا وَأَدۡخِلۡهُمۡ جَنَّـٰتِ عَدۡنٍ ٱلَّتِی وَعَدتَّهُمۡ وَمَن صَلَحَ مِنۡ ءَابَاۤىِٕهِمۡ وَأَزۡوَ ٰ⁠جِهِمۡ وَذُرِّیَّـٰتِهِمۡۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡعَزِیزُ ٱلۡحَكِیمُ "Our LORD (Rabba-naa), and (Wa) admit them (Ad'khil'hum) into Gardens (Jannaati) of Eden (Äd'nin) which (Ellatii) YOU have promised them (Waädtta-hum) and whoever (Waman) was righteous (Solaha) among (Min') their fathers (Aabaai-him’), their spouses (Az'waaji-him) and their offspring (Zurriyyaati-him). Indeed (Innaka), YOU (Anta) are the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizu), the WISE (El' Hakiim). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:8

وَقِهِمُ ٱلسَّیِّـَٔاتِۚ وَمَن تَقِ ٱلسَّیِّـَٔاتِ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ فَقَدۡ رَحِمۡتَهُۥۚ وَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِیمُ "And (Wa) safeguard them from (Waqi-himu) bad deeds (Es'Sayyiaati); for (Wa) whomever (Man) YOU safeguard from (Taqi) bad deeds (Es'Sayyiaati) that day (Yaw'maizin), thence (Fa) YOU have (Qad') granted him mercy (Rahim'ta-hu). And (Wa) that (Zaalika) is (Huwa) a great (El'Äziim) achievement (El'Faw'zu)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:9

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ یُنَادَوۡنَ لَمَقۡتُ ٱللَّهِ أَكۡبَرُ مِن مَّقۡتِكُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡ إِذۡ تُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَى ٱلۡإِیمَـٰنِ فَتَكۡفُرُونَ Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) disbelieve (Kafaru') will be summoned (Yunaadaw'na), "The (La) abhorrence of GOD (Maq'tu-llahi) is greater (Ak'baru) than (Min) your abhorrence (Maq'ti-kum) of yourselves (Anfusa-kum’), because (Iz') you were invited (Tud'äw'na) to (ilaa) the faith (42:52) (El' iimaani), but (Fa) you disbelieved (Tak'furuun)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:10

قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَاۤ أَمَتَّنَا ٱثۡنَتَیۡنِ وَأَحۡیَیۡتَنَا ٱثۡنَتَیۡنِ فَٱعۡتَرَفۡنَا بِذُنُوبِنَا فَهَلۡ إِلَىٰ خُرُوجࣲ مِّن سَبِیلࣲ They (the disbelievers) will say (Qaalu'), "Our LORD (Rabba-naa), YOU caused us to die (Amatta-naa) two times (Eth'natai'ni) and (Wa) gave us life (Ah'yai'ta-na) two times (Eth'natai'ni); so (Fa) we have confessed (E'taraf'na Bi) our sins (Zunuubi-naa). Therefore (Fa) is there (Hal') any (Min) way (Sabiil') to (ilaa) exit (Khuruujin)?" https://thegreatkoran.com/40:11

ذَ ٰ⁠لِكُم بِأَنَّهُۥۤ إِذَا دُعِیَ ٱللَّهُ وَحۡدَهُۥ كَفَرۡتُمۡ وَإِن یُشۡرَكۡ بِهِۦ تُؤۡمِنُوا۟ۚ فَٱلۡحُكۡمُ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡعَلِیِّ ٱلۡكَبِیرِ That (Zaalikum) is because (Bi'annahu), when (Izaa) GOD (Ellahu) alone (39:45) (Wah'dahu) was invoked (Dueya), you disbelieved (Kafar'tum’), but (Wa) when (In) others were associated (Yush'rak') with HIM (Bi-hi), you believed (Tu'minu'). So (Fa) the judgement (El'Huk'mu) belongs to GOD (Lillahi), the SUPREME (El' Äliyyi), the MAGNIFICENT (El' Kabiir). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:12

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی یُرِیكُمۡ ءَایَـٰتِهِۦ وَیُنَزِّلُ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ رِزۡقࣰاۚ وَمَا یَتَذَكَّرُ إِلَّا مَن یُنِیبُ HE (Huwa) is the One who (Ellazii) shows you (Yurii-kum) HIS signs (Aayaati-hi) and (Wa) sends down (Yunazzilu) sustenance (Riz'qa) from (Mina) the sky (Es'Samaai); but (Wa) none (Maa) takes heed (Yatazakkaru) except (illa) those who (Man) repent (Yuniib). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:13

فَٱدۡعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِینَ لَهُ ٱلدِّینَ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ So (Fa) invoke GOD (Ed'u'llaha), sincerely devoting (Mukh'lisiina) the religion (Ed'Diina) to HIM (Lahu), even if (Walaw') the disbelievers (El'Kaafiruun) dislike it (Kariha). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:14

رَفِیعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ یُلۡقِی ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن یَشَاۤءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِیُنذِرَ یَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ HE is exalted (Rafiiu) in degrees (Ed'Darajaati), Possessor (Zuu) of the Throne (El'Är'shi); HE casts (Yul'qii) the Spirit (Er'Ruuha) of (Min') HIS command (Am'ri-hi) upon (Älaa) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau) among (Min') HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi) that (Li) he may warn (Yunzira) of the Day of Meeting (Yaw'ma-ttalaaq), (16:2) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:15

یَوۡمَ هُم بَـٰرِزُونَۖ لَا یَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِنۡهُمۡ شَیۡءࣱۚ لِّمَنِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ ٱلۡیَوۡمَۖ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡوَ ٰ⁠حِدِ ٱلۡقَهَّارِ the day (Yaw'ma) they (p) (Hum) will emerge (Baarizuuna). Nothing (Laa Shai'un) of them (Min'hum) will be concealed (Yakh'faa) from GOD (Älaallahi), “To whom belongs (Limani) the sovereignty (El'Mul'ku) of today (El'Yaw'ma)? It belongs to GOD (Lillahi), the ONE (El' Waahidi), the CONQUEROR (El' Qahhaar).” https://thegreatkoran.com/40:16

ٱلۡیَوۡمَ تُجۡزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡۚ لَا ظُلۡمَ ٱلۡیَوۡمَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِیعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ Today (El'Yaw'ma), every (Kullu) soul (Naf'si) will be requited (Tuj'zaa) for what (Bimaa) it earned (Kasabat’). There will be no (Laa) injustice (Zul'ma) today (El'Yaw'ma)! Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is swift (Sariiu) in reckoning (El'Hisaab). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:17

وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ یَوۡمَ ٱلۡـَٔازِفَةِ إِذِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ لَدَى ٱلۡحَنَاجِرِ كَـٰظِمِینَۚ مَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِینَ مِنۡ حَمِیمࣲ وَلَا شَفِیعࣲ یُطَاعُ So (Wa) warn them (Anzir'hum) of the Approaching Day (Yaw'mal' Aazifati), when (Izi) the hearts (El'Quluubu) will be suppressed (Kaazimiina) by (Ladaa) the throats (El'Hanaajiri). The transgressors will have (Liz' Zoalimiina) no (Maa Min') close friend (Hamiimin) nor (Walaa) intercessor (Shafii'en) to be obeyed (Yutoa'). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:18

یَعۡلَمُ خَاۤىِٕنَةَ ٱلۡأَعۡیُنِ وَمَا تُخۡفِی ٱلصُّدُورُ HE knows (Ya'lamu) what deceives (Khaa’inata) the eyes (El'A'yuni) and what (Wamaa) the bosoms (Es'Suduur) conceal (Tukh'fii). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:19

وَٱللَّهُ یَقۡضِی بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ وَٱلَّذِینَ یَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ لَا یَقۡضُونَ بِشَیۡءٍۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِیعُ ٱلۡبَصِیرُ And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) will judge (Yuq'dii) in truth (Bil' Haqqi), while (Wa) those (Ellaziina) they invoke (Yad'uuna) besides HIM (Min Duuni-hi) will not (Laa) judge (Yaq'duuna) at all (Bi-Shai'in). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is (Huwa) the HEARER (Es' Samiiu), the SEER (El' Basiir). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:20

۞ أَوَلَمۡ یَسِیرُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَیَنظُرُوا۟ كَیۡفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُوا۟ هُمۡ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُمۡ قُوَّةࣰ وَءَاثَارࣰا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَاقࣲ Or do they not (Awalam') travel (Yasiiru') on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) to (Fa) observe (Yanzuru') how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) the end (Ääqibatu) of those who (Ellaziina) were (Kaanu') before them (Min Qab'li-him’)? They (Hum') were (Kaanu') stronger (Ashadda) than them (Min'hum) in strength (Quwwatan) and in effects (Aathaaran) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di), but (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) seized them (Akhaza-humu) for (Bi) their sins (Zunuubi-him) and (Wa) they had (Kaana Lahum) no (Maa Min) protector (Waaq) against GOD (Minallahi). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:21

ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَانَت تَّأۡتِیهِمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ فَكَفَرُوا۟ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ قَوِیࣱّ شَدِیدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ That (Zaalika) is because (Bi'annahum) their messengers (Rusulu-hum) used to (Kaanat) bring them (Ta'tii-him Bi) proofs (El'Bayyinaati), but (Fa) they disbelieved (Kafaru'), so (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) seized them (Akhaza-humu). Indeed, HE (Innahu) is powerful (Qawiyyun) and severe (Shadiidu) in punishment (El'Eqaab). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:22

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔایَـٰتِنَا وَسُلۡطَـٰنࣲ مُّبِینٍ And (Wa) We certainly (Laqad') sent (Ar'sal'naa) Moses (Muusaa) with (Bi) Our signs (Aayaati-naa) and (Wa) a clear (Mubiin) authority (Sul'toanin) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:23

إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَهَـٰمَـٰنَ وَقَـٰرُونَ فَقَالُوا۟ سَـٰحِرࣱ كَذَّابࣱ to (ilaa) Pharaoh (Fir'äw'na), Haman (Haamaana), and (Wa) Croesus (Qaaruuna); but (Fa) they said (Qaalu'), "A sorcerer (Saahirun) and a liar (Kazzaab)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:24

فَلَمَّا جَاۤءَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ مِنۡ عِندِنَا قَالُوا۟ ٱقۡتُلُوۤا۟ أَبۡنَاۤءَ ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَعَهُۥ وَٱسۡتَحۡیُوا۟ نِسَاۤءَهُمۡۚ وَمَا كَیۡدُ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ إِلَّا فِی ضَلَـٰلࣲ And (Fa) when (Lamma) he (Moses) brought them (Jaa'ahum Bi) the truth (El'Haqqi) from Us (Min' Endi-naa), they said (Qaalu'), "Kill (Eq'tuluu') the sons (Ab'naa'a) of those who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanu') with him (Maähu) and keep their women (Nisaa'a-hum’) alive (-Es'tah'yu')." But (Wa) the scheme (Kai'du) of the disbelievers (El'Kaafiriina) was only (Maa illa) in (Fii) error (Dolaal). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:25

وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ذَرُونِیۤ أَقۡتُلۡ مُوسَىٰ وَلۡیَدۡعُ رَبَّهُۥۤۖ إِنِّیۤ أَخَافُ أَن یُبَدِّلَ دِینَكُمۡ أَوۡ أَن یُظۡهِرَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡفَسَادَ And (Wa) Pharaoh (Fir'äw'nu) said (Qaala), "Let me (Zaruu-nii) kill (Aq'tul') Moses (Muusaa) and let (Wal') him invoke (Yad'u) his LORD (Rabba-hu). Indeed, I (Innii) fear (Akhaafu) that (An) he will change (Yubaddila) your religion (Diina-kum’) or (Aw') that (An) he will manifest (Yuz'hira) corruption (El'Fasaad) in the land (Fiil' Ar'di)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:26

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰۤ إِنِّی عُذۡتُ بِرَبِّی وَرَبِّكُم مِّن كُلِّ مُتَكَبِّرࣲ لَّا یُؤۡمِنُ بِیَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ And (Wa) Moses (Muusaa) said (Qaala), "I have (Innii) sought protection (Uz'tu) with (Bi) my LORD (Rabbii) and (Wa) your LORD (Rabbi-kum) from (Min) every (Kulli) arrogant person (Mutakabbarin) who does not (Laa) believe (Yu'minu) in (Bi) the Day of Reckoning (Yaw'mil' Hisaab)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:27

وَقَالَ رَجُلࣱ مُّؤۡمِنࣱ مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ یَكۡتُمُ إِیمَـٰنَهُۥۤ أَتَقۡتُلُونَ رَجُلًا أَن یَقُولَ رَبِّیَ ٱللَّهُ وَقَدۡ جَاۤءَكُم بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ وَإِن یَكُ كَـٰذِبࣰا فَعَلَیۡهِ كَذِبُهُۥۖ وَإِن یَكُ صَادِقࣰا یُصِبۡكُم بَعۡضُ ٱلَّذِی یَعِدُكُمۡۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا یَهۡدِی مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفࣱ كَذَّابࣱ And (Wa) a believing (Mu'minun) man (Rajulun) from (Min') the people (Aali) of Pharaoh (Fir'äw'na) concealing (Yak'tumu) his faith (iimaana-hu) said (Qaala), "Will you kill (Ataq'tuluuna) a man (Rajulan) because (An) he says (Yaquula), "My LORD (Rabbiya) is GOD (Ellahu) and has (Qad') brought you (Jaa'a-kum Bi) proofs (El'Bayyinaati) from (Min) your LORD (Rabbi-kum)? If (In) he should be (Yaku) lying (Kaaziban), then (Fa) upon him (Älai'hi) is his lie (Kazibu-hu); and if (In) he should be (Yaku) truthful (Soadiqan), some (Ba'du) of what (Ellazii) he promises you (Yaedu-kum) will befall you (Yusib'kum). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) does not (Laa) guide (Yah'dii) one who (Man') is (Huwa) a profligate (Mus'rifun) and a liar (Kazzaab)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:28

یَـٰقَوۡمِ لَكُمُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ ٱلۡیَوۡمَ ظَـٰهِرِینَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَمَن یَنصُرُنَا مِنۢ بَأۡسِ ٱللَّهِ إِن جَاۤءَنَاۚ قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ مَاۤ أُرِیكُمۡ إِلَّا مَاۤ أَرَىٰ وَمَاۤ أَهۡدِیكُمۡ إِلَّا سَبِیلَ ٱلرَّشَادِ "O (Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), today (El'Yaw'ma) sovereignty (El'Mul'ku) of dominating (Zoahiriina) in the land (Fiil' Ar'di) belongs to you (Lakumu), but (Fa) who (Man) would help us (Yansuru-naa) from (Min) the torment of GOD (Ba'si-llahi) if (In) it came to us (Jaa'a-naa)?" Pharaoh (Fir'äw'nu) said (Qaala), "I only (Maa illa) show you (Urii-kum) what (Maa) I see (Araa) and (Wa) I only (Maa illa) guide you (Ah'dii-kum) to the way (Sabiila) of right guidance (Er'Rashaad)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:29

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِیۤ ءَامَنَ یَـٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّیۤ أَخَافُ عَلَیۡكُم مِّثۡلَ یَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ And (Wa) the one who (Ellazii) believed (Aamana) said (Qaala), "O (Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), I (Innii) fear (Akhaafu) for you (Älai'kum) like (Mith'la) the time (Yaw'mi) of the parties (El'Ah'zaab); https://thegreatkoran.com/40:30

مِثۡلَ دَأۡبِ قَوۡمِ نُوحࣲ وَعَادࣲ وَثَمُودَ وَٱلَّذِینَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۚ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ یُرِیدُ ظُلۡمࣰا لِّلۡعِبَادِ like (Mith'la) the habit (Da'bi) of the people (Qaw'mi) of Noah (Nuuhin), Ad (Äädin), Thamud (Thamuuda), and (Wa) those (Ellaziina) after them (Min Ba'di-him)." And (Wa) GOD (Ellaziina) does not (Maa) intend (Yuriidu) any injustice (Zul'man) for the servants (mankind) (Lil' Ebaadi). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:31

وَیَـٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّیۤ أَخَافُ عَلَیۡكُمۡ یَوۡمَ ٱلتَّنَادِ "O (Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), I (Innii) fear (Akhaafu) for you (Älai'kum) the Day of Summoning (Yaw'ma-ttanaad). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:32

یَوۡمَ تُوَلُّونَ مُدۡبِرِینَ مَا لَكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۡ عَاصِمࣲۗ وَمَن یُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنۡ هَادࣲ "It is the day (Yaw'ma) you will turn away (Tuwalluuna) retreating (Mud'biriina); you will have (Lakum) no (Maa Min') protector (Ääsimin) against GOD (Minallahi). And whomever (Waman) GOD leaves astray (Yud'lili-llahu), thus (Fa) he will have (Lahu) no (Maa Min') guide (Haad). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:33

وَلَقَدۡ جَاۤءَكُمۡ یُوسُفُ مِن قَبۡلُ بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ فَمَا زِلۡتُمۡ فِی شَكࣲّ مِّمَّا جَاۤءَكُم بِهِۦۖ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا هَلَكَ قُلۡتُمۡ لَن یَبۡعَثَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ رَسُولࣰاۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفࣱ مُّرۡتَابٌ “And (Wa) Joseph (Ch 12) (Yuusufu) had certainly (Laqad') brought you (Jaa'a-kum Bi) proofs (El'Bayyinaati) before (Min Qab'lu), but (Fa) you continued (Maazil'tum) in (Fii) doubt (Shakkin) of what (Mimmaa) he brought you (Jaa'akum Bihi) until (Hattaa) when (Izaa) he perished (Halaka), you (p) said (Qul'tum), ‘GOD (Ellahu) will never (Lan) send (Yab'ätha) a messenger (Rasuulan) after him (Min Ba'di-hi).’ Thus (Kazaalika) does GOD leave astray (Yudillu-llahu) he (Huwa) who (Man') is a profligate (Mus'rifun) and suspicious (Mur'taab).” https://thegreatkoran.com/40:34

ٱلَّذِینَ یُجَـٰدِلُونَ فِیۤ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَیۡرِ سُلۡطَـٰنٍ أَتَىٰهُمۡۖ كَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعِندَ ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ قَلۡبِ مُتَكَبِّرࣲ جَبَّارࣲ Those who (Ellaziina) argue (Yujaadiluuna) against (Fii) the verses of GOD (Aayaati-llahi) without (Bi-Gai'ri) authority (Sul'toanin) coming to them (Ataa-hum); such is a major (Kabura) abhorrence (Maq'tan) to GOD (Endallahi) and (Wa) to (Enda) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'). Thus (Kazaalika) does GOD (Ellahu) seal (Yat'bau Älaa) the heart (Qal'bi) of all (Kulli) who are arrogant (Mutakabbirin) and tough (Jabbaar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:35

وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ یَـٰهَـٰمَـٰنُ ٱبۡنِ لِی صَرۡحࣰا لَّعَلِّیۤ أَبۡلُغُ ٱلۡأَسۡبَـٰبَ And (Wa) Pharaoh (Fir'äw'nu) said (Qaala), "O (Yaa) Haman (Haamaanu), build (Eb'ni) a structure (Sor'han) for me (Lii) that I (Laällii) might reach (Ab'lugu) the causes (El'As'baab), https://thegreatkoran.com/40:36

أَسۡبَـٰبَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ فَأَطَّلِعَ إِلَىٰۤ إِلَـٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّی لَأَظُنُّهُۥ كَـٰذِبࣰاۚ وَكَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ زُیِّنَ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ سُوۤءُ عَمَلِهِۦ وَصُدَّ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِیلِۚ وَمَا كَیۡدُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِلَّا فِی تَبَابࣲ the causes (As'baaba) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati), then (Fa) I may rise (Attoliä) to (ilaa) the deity (ilaahi) of Moses (Muusaa); but (Wa) indeed, I (Innii) think he (Azunnu-hu) is (La) a liar (Kaaziban)." And (Wa) thus (Kazaalika) was it adorned (Zuyyina) to (Li) Pharaoh (Fir'äaw'na) the evil (Suu'u) of his deeds (Ämali-hi), and he was deviated from (Sudda Äni) the way (Es’Sabiili). And (Wa) the scheme (Kai'du) of Pharaoh (Fir'äw'na) was only (Maa illa) in (Fii) ruin (Tabaab). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:37

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِیۤ ءَامَنَ یَـٰقَوۡمِ ٱتَّبِعُونِ أَهۡدِكُمۡ سَبِیلَ ٱلرَّشَادِ And (Wa) the one who (Ellazii) believed (Aamana) said (Qaala), "O (Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), follow me (Ettabiuu-ni), I will lead you (Ah'di-kum) to the way (Sabiila) of right guidance (Er'Rashaad). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:38

یَـٰقَوۡمِ إِنَّمَا هَـٰذِهِ ٱلۡحَیَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡیَا مَتَـٰعࣱ وَإِنَّ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةَ هِیَ دَارُ ٱلۡقَرَارِ "O (Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), this (Haazihi) worldly (Ed'Dun'yaa) life (El'Hayaatu) is only (Innamaa) a provision (enjoyment) (Mataaun), but (Wa) indeed (Inna), the hereafter (El'Aakhirata) is (Hiya) the Home (Daaru) of Stability (El'Qaraar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:39

مَنۡ عَمِلَ سَیِّئَةࣰ فَلَا یُجۡزَىٰۤ إِلَّا مِثۡلَهَاۖ وَمَنۡ عَمِلَ صَـٰلِحࣰا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوۡ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنࣱ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ یَدۡخُلُونَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ یُرۡزَقُونَ فِیهَا بِغَیۡرِ حِسَابࣲ "Whoever (Man') does (Ämila) a bad deed (Sayyiatan), then (Fa) he will only (Laa illa) be requited with (Yuj'zaa) the like of it (Mith'la-haa), and whoever (Waman') acts (Ämila) righteous (Soalihan); whether (Min) male (Zakarin) or (Aw') female (Unthaa), while (Wa) being (Huwa) a believer (Mu'minun), then (Fa) those (U'laaika) will enter (Yad'khuluuna) the Garden (El'Jannata), they will be provided (Yur'zaquuna) therein (Fiiha) without (Bi-Gai'ri) reckoning (Hisaab). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:40

۞ وَیَـٰقَوۡمِ مَا لِیۤ أَدۡعُوكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلنَّجَوٰةِ وَتَدۡعُونَنِیۤ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِ "O (Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), why do I (Maa Lii) invite you (Ad'uu-kum') to (ilaa) Salvation (En'Najaati), and (Wa) you invite me (Tad'uunanii) to (ilaa) the Fire (En'Naar)? https://thegreatkoran.com/40:41

تَدۡعُونَنِی لِأَكۡفُرَ بِٱللَّهِ وَأُشۡرِكَ بِهِۦ مَا لَیۡسَ لِی بِهِۦ عِلۡمࣱ وَأَنَا۠ أَدۡعُوكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡعَزِیزِ ٱلۡغَفَّـٰرِ "You are inviting me (Tad'uunanii) to (Li) disbelieve (Ak'fura) in GOD (Billahi) and (Wa) associate others (Ush'rika) with HIM (Bihi) of (Bihi) which (Maa) I have (Lii) no (Lai'sa) knowledge (il'mun), while (Wa) I (Ana') invite you (Ad'uu-kum') to (ilaa) the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizi), the FORGIVER (El' Gaffaar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:42

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّمَا تَدۡعُونَنِیۤ إِلَیۡهِ لَیۡسَ لَهُۥ دَعۡوَةࣱ فِی ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَلَا فِی ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ مَرَدَّنَاۤ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِینَ هُمۡ أَصۡحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ "There is no (Laa) wrong (Jarama) that whatever (Annamaa) you are inviting me (Tad'uunanii) toward (ilai'hi) has (Lahu) no (Lai'sa) invitation (Da'watun) in (Fii) the world (Ed'Dun'yaa) or (Walaa) in (Fii) the hereafter (El'Aakhirati); and (Wa) that (Anna), our return (Maradda-naa) is to GOD (ilaallahi), and that (Anna) they (Hum) the profligates (El'Mus'rifiina) will be the companions (As'haabu) of the Fire (En'Naar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:43

فَسَتَذۡكُرُونَ مَاۤ أَقُولُ لَكُمۡۚ وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمۡرِیۤ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَصِیرُۢ بِٱلۡعِبَادِ "Then (Fa) you will remember (Sa Taz'kuruuna) what (Maa) I have told you (Aquulu Lakum'), but (Wa) I entrust (Ufawwidu) my matter (Am'rii) to GOD (ilaallahi). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is cognizant of (Basiiru Bi) the servants (El'Ebaad)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:44

فَوَقَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ سَیِّـَٔاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا۟ۖ وَحَاقَ بِـَٔالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ سُوۤءُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ Consequently (Fa), GOD (Ellahu) safeguarded him from (Waqaa-hu) the evil (Sayyiaati) of what (Maa) they schemed (Makaru'), and the people (Aali) of Pharaoh (Fir'äw'na) were afflicted with (Haaqa Bi) the worst (Suu'u) of punishment (El'Äzaab); https://thegreatkoran.com/40:45

ٱلنَّارُ یُعۡرَضُونَ عَلَیۡهَا غُدُوࣰّا وَعَشِیࣰّاۚ وَیَوۡمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدۡخِلُوۤا۟ ءَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ أَشَدَّ ٱلۡعَذَابِ the Fire (En'Naaru), being exposed to it (Yu'raduuna Älai'haa) morning (Guduwwan) and (Wa) evening (Äshiyyan). And (Wa) the day (Yaw'ma) the Hour (Es'Saa'ätu) takes place (Taquumu), (it will be said) "Admit (Ad'khiluu') the people (Aala) of Pharaoh (Fir'äw'na) into the severest (Ashadda) punishment (El'Äzaab)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:46

وَإِذۡ یَتَحَاۤجُّونَ فِی ٱلنَّارِ فَیَقُولُ ٱلضُّعَفَـٰۤؤُا۟ لِلَّذِینَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوۤا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعࣰا فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا نَصِیبࣰا مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِ And (Wa) then (Iz') they will be arguing (Yatahaajjuuna) in (Fii) the Fire (En'Naari), and (Fa) the weak (Ed'Duäfaa'u) will say (Yaquulu) to those who (Lillaziina) were arrogant (Es'tak'baruu'), "Indeed (Innaa), we were (Kunnaa) your followers (Taba'än Lakum'), so (Fa) can (Hal') you (Antum) spare us (Mag'nuuna Ännaa) a portion (Nasiiban) of (Mina) the Fire (En'Naar)?" https://thegreatkoran.com/40:47

قَالَ ٱلَّذِینَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوۤا۟ إِنَّا كُلࣱّ فِیهَاۤ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ حَكَمَ بَیۡنَ ٱلۡعِبَادِ Those who (Ellaziina) were arrogant (Es'tak'baruu') will say (Qaala), "Indeed, we (Innaa) are all (Kullun) in it (Fiihaa). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) has already (Qad') judged (Hakama) between (Bai'na) the servants (El'Ebaad)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:48

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِینَ فِی ٱلنَّارِ لِخَزَنَةِ جَهَنَّمَ ٱدۡعُوا۟ رَبَّكُمۡ یُخَفِّفۡ عَنَّا یَوۡمࣰا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ And (Wa) those (Ellaziina) in (Fii) the Fire (En'Naari) will say (Qaala) to (Li) the keepers (Khazanati) of Hell (Jahannama), "Invoke (Ed'u') your LORD (Rabba-kum') to reduce (Yukhaffif') for us (Ännaa) a day (Yaw'man) from (Mina) the punishment (El'Äzaab)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:49

قَالُوۤا۟ أَوَلَمۡ تَكُ تَأۡتِیكُمۡ رُسُلُكُم بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِۖ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰۚ قَالُوا۟ فَٱدۡعُوا۟ۗ وَمَا دُعَـٰۤؤُا۟ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ إِلَّا فِی ضَلَـٰلٍ They will say (Qaaluu'), "Or did (Awa-) your messengers (Rusulu-kum) not (-lam') bring you (Ta'tii-kum' Bi) proofs (El'Bayyinaati)?" They (the disbelievers) will say (Qaalu'), "Certainly (Balaa)." They (the keepers) will say (Qaalu'), "Then (Fa) invoke (Ed'u'), but (Wa) the invocation (Duää'u) of the disbelievers (El'Kaafiriina) is only (Maa illa) in (Fii) error (Dolaal)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:50

إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡحَیَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَیَوۡمَ یَقُومُ ٱلۡأَشۡهَـٰدُ Indeed (Innaa), We will (La) help (Nansuru) Our messengers (Rusula-naa) and (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') during (Fii) the worldly (Ed'Dun'yaa) life (El'Hayaati) and the day (Yaw'ma) the witnesses (El'Ash'haad) will stand (Yaquumu); (39:69) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:51

یَوۡمَ لَا یَنفَعُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ مَعۡذِرَتُهُمۡۖ وَلَهُمُ ٱللَّعۡنَةُ وَلَهُمۡ سُوۤءُ ٱلدَّارِ it is the day (Yaw'ma) their excuse (the witnesses) (Ma'ziratu-hum') will not (Laa) benefit (Yanfau) the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiina), for (Wa) they (the transgressors) will have (Lahumu) the curse (Ella'natu), and they will have (Lahum') the worst (Suu'u) Home (Ed'Daar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:52

وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَیۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَا بَنِیۤ إِسۡرَ ٰ⁠ۤءِیلَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ And (Wa) We certainly (Laqad') gave (Aatai'naa) Moses (Muusaa) the Guidance (El'Hudaa), and We transmitted (-Aw'rath'naa) the Book (El'Kitaab) to the Children of Israel (Banii Is'raa'iila) (17:2) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:53

هُدࣰى وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِأُو۟لِی ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ as guidance (Hudan) and (Wa) remembrance (Zik'raa) for (Li) those of intelligence (U'liil' Al'baab). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:54

فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقࣱّ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لِذَنۢبِكَ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ بِٱلۡعَشِیِّ وَٱلۡإِبۡكَـٰرِ So (Fa) be patient (Es'bir'); indeed (Inna), the promise of GOD (Wa'da-llahi) is true (Haqqun). And (Wa) seek forgiveness (Es'tag'fir') for (Li) your sin (s) (Zanbi-ka) and glorify (Sabbih') with (Bi) praise (Ham'di) of your LORD (Rabbi-ka) in (Bi) the evening (El'Äshiyyi) and early in the morning (Wal' Ib'kaar). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:55

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یُجَـٰدِلُونَ فِیۤ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَیۡرِ سُلۡطَـٰنٍ أَتَىٰهُمۡ إِن فِی صُدُورِهِمۡ إِلَّا كِبۡرࣱ مَّا هُم بِبَـٰلِغِیهِۚ فَٱسۡتَعِذۡ بِٱللَّهِۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِیعُ ٱلۡبَصِیرُ Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) argue (Yujaadiluuna) against (Fii) the verses of GOD (Aayaati-llahi) without (Bi-Gai'ri) authority (Sul'toanin) coming to them (Ataa-hum'), there is only (In illa) arrogance (Kib'run) in (Fii) their bosoms (Suduuri-him') which (-hi) they (Hum) cannot (Maa Bi) reach (Baaligi-). So (Fa) seek protection (Es'taez') with GOD (Billahi); indeed, HE (Innahu) is (Huwa) the HEARER (Es' Samiiu), the SEER (El' Basiir). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:56

لَخَلۡقُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَكۡبَرُ مِنۡ خَلۡقِ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا یَعۡلَمُونَ The (La) creation (Khal'qu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di) is greater (Ak'baru) than (Min') the creation (Khal'qin) of mankind (En'Naasi), but (Walaakinna) most (Ak'thara) of the people (En'Naasi) do not (Laa) know (Ya'lamuun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:57

وَمَا یَسۡتَوِی ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِیرُ وَٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَلَا ٱلۡمُسِیۤءُۚ قَلِیلࣰا مَّا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ And (Wa) not (Maa) equal (Yas'tawii) are the blind (El'A'maa) and the seer (Wal' Basiiru), nor (Walaa) are those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati) and (Wa) the sinner (El'Musiiu). Rarely (Qaliilan Maa) do you take heed (Tatazakkaruun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:58

إِنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَـَٔاتِیَةࣱ لَّا رَیۡبَ فِیهَا وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ Indeed (Inna), the Hour (Es'Saa'äta) is (La) coming (Atiyatun); no (Laa) doubt (Rai'ba) about it (Fiihaa), but (Walaakinna) most (Ak'thara) of the people (En'Naasi) do not (Laa) believe (Yu'minuun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:59

وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ٱدۡعُونِیۤ أَسۡتَجِبۡ لَكُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِی سَیَدۡخُلُونَ جَهَنَّمَ دَاخِرِینَ And (Wa) your LORD (Rabbu-kumu) said (Qaala), "Invoke ME (Ed'uunii); I will respond to you (25:77) (As'tajib' Lakum'). Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) are arrogant (Yas'tak'biruuna) to (Än') worship ME (Ebaadatii) will enter (Sa Yad'khuluuna) Hell (Jahannama), piling up (Daakhiriin).” https://thegreatkoran.com/40:60

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّیۡلَ لِتَسۡكُنُوا۟ فِیهِ وَٱلنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا یَشۡكُرُونَ GOD (Ellahu) is the One who (Ellazii) made (Jaäla) the night (Ellai'la) for you (Lakumu) that (Li) you may rest (Tas'kunu') therein (Fiihi) and (Wa) the day (En'Nahaara) visible (Mub'siran). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) possesses (Lazuu) favour (Fad'lin) for (Älaa) mankind (En'Naasi), but (Walaakinna) most (Ak'thara) of the people (En'Naasi) are not (Laa) grateful (Tash'kuruun). ذَ ٰ⁠لِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ خَـٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ لَّاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ That (Zaalikumu) is GOD (Ellahu), your LORD (Rabbu-kum'), Creator (Khaaliqu) of all (Kulli) things (Shai'in); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa). So (Fa) how (Annaa) are you lying (Tu'fakuun)? https://thegreatkoran.com/40:62

كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یُؤۡفَكُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَانُوا۟ بِـَٔایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ یَجۡحَدُونَ Likewise (Kazaalika) did those who (Ellaziina) were (Kaanu') rejecting (Yaj'haduun Bi) the verses of GOD (Aayaati-llahi) lie (Yu'faku). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:63

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ قَرَارࣰا وَٱلسَّمَاۤءَ بِنَاۤءࣰ وَصَوَّرَكُمۡ فَأَحۡسَنَ صُوَرَكُمۡ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّیِّبَـٰتِۚ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡۖ فَتَبَارَكَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ GOD (Ellahu) is the One who (Ellazii) made (Jaäla) the earth (El'Ar'do) a base (Qaraaran) for you (Lakumu), and (Wa) the sky (Es'Samaa'a) a structure (Binaa'an), and HE formed you (Sowwara-kum') and (Fa) perfected (64:3) (Ah'sana) your forms (Suwara-kum') and (Wa) provided you (Razaqa-kum) with (Mina) good things (Ettoyyibaati). That (Zaalikumu) is GOD (Ellahu), your LORD (Rabbu-kum'); and (Fa) blessed (Tabaaraka) is GOD (Ellahu), LORD (Rabbu) of the worlds (El'Äälamiin). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:64

هُوَ ٱلۡحَیُّ لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱدۡعُوهُ مُخۡلِصِینَ لَهُ ٱلدِّینَۗ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ HE (Huwa) is the LIVING (El' Hayyu); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa), so (Fa) invoke HIM (Ed'uu-hu), sincerely devoting (Mukh'lisiina) the religion (Ed'Diina) to HIM (Lahu). “Praise (El'Ham'du) be to GOD (Lillahi), LORD (Rabbi) of the worlds (El'Äälamiin).” (10:10) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:65

۞ قُلۡ إِنِّی نُهِیتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱلَّذِینَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَمَّا جَاۤءَنِیَ ٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتُ مِن رَّبِّی وَأُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أُسۡلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ Say (Qul'): "Indeed, I (Innii) have been forbidden (Nuhiitu) to (An') worship (A'buda) those (Ellaziina) you invoke (Tad'uuna) besides GOD (Min Duuni-llahi) after (Lammaa) the proofs (El'Bayyinaatu) from (Min) my LORD (Rabbii) came to me (Jaa'a-nii), and (Wa) I have been commanded (Umir'tu) to (An') submit (Us'lima) to (Li) the LORD (Rabbi) of the worlds (El'Äälamiin)." https://thegreatkoran.com/40:66

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابࣲ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطۡفَةࣲ ثُمَّ مِنۡ عَلَقَةࣲ ثُمَّ یُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلࣰا ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوۤا۟ أَشُدَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ لِتَكُونُوا۟ شُیُوخࣰاۚ وَمِنكُم مَّن یُتَوَفَّىٰ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلِتَبۡلُغُوۤا۟ أَجَلࣰا مُّسَمࣰّى وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ HE (Huwa) is the One who (Ellaziina) created you (p) (Khalaqa-kum) from (Min) dust (Turaabin), then (Thumma) from (Min) a sperm (Nut'fatin), then (Thumma) from (Min') a thrombus (Älaqatin); then (Thumma) HE brings you out (Yukh'riju-kum') as a child (Tif'lan), so (Thumma) that (Li) you may reach (Tab'luguu') your maturity (Ashudda-kum'), and (Thumma) that (Li) you may become (Takuunu') elders (Shuyuukhan). And (Wa) among you (Minkum) is one who (Man) is caused to die (Yutawaffaa) early (Min Qab'lu), and that (Wali) you may reach (Tab'luguu') a fixed (Musamman) term (Ajalan); and (Wa) perhaps you (Laällakum') will reason (Ta'qiluun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:67

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی یُحۡیِۦ وَیُمِیتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰۤ أَمۡرࣰا فَإِنَّمَا یَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَیَكُونُ HE (Huwa) is the One who (Ellazii) gives life (Yuh'yii) and (Wa) causes death (Yumiitu); and (Fa) whenever (Izaa) HE issues (Qadoa) a command (Am'ran), then (Fa) HE only (Innamaa) says (Yaquulu) to it (Lahu), "Be (Kun)," then (Fa) it becomes (Yakuun). أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِینَ یُجَـٰدِلُونَ فِیۤ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أَنَّىٰ یُصۡرَفُونَ Have you not (Alam') considered (Tara ilaa) those who (Ellaziina) argue (Yujaadiluuna) against (Fii) the verses of GOD (Aayaati-llahi); how (Annaa) they are deviating (Yus'rafuun)? https://thegreatkoran.com/40:69

ٱلَّذِینَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ وَبِمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَا بِهِۦ رُسُلَنَاۖ فَسَوۡفَ یَعۡلَمُونَ Those who (Ellaziina) deny (Kazzabu' Bi) the Book (El'Kitaabi) and (Wa) that which (Bimaa) We have sent (Ar'sal'naa) Our messengers (Rusula-naa) with (Bihi); thus (Fa) they will (Saw'fa) find out (Ya'lamuun), https://thegreatkoran.com/40:70

إِذِ ٱلۡأَغۡلَـٰلُ فِیۤ أَعۡنَـٰقِهِمۡ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ یُسۡحَبُونَ when (Izi) the shackles (El'Ag'laalu) are around (Fii) their necks (A'naaqi-him') and (Wa) the chains (Es'Salaasilu); being dragged (Yus'habuun) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:71

فِی ٱلۡحَمِیمِ ثُمَّ فِی ٱلنَّارِ یُسۡجَرُونَ in (Fii) the magma (El'Hamiimi); and then (Thumma) into (Fii) the Fire (En'Naari), they will be inflamed (Yus'jaruun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:72

ثُمَّ قِیلَ لَهُمۡ أَیۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تُشۡرِكُونَ Then (Thumma) it will be said to them (Qiila Lahum'), "Where (Ai'na) are those (Maa) you used to (Kuntum') associate (idolize) (Tush'rikuun) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:73

مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالُوا۟ ضَلُّوا۟ عَنَّا بَل لَّمۡ نَكُن نَّدۡعُوا۟ مِن قَبۡلُ شَیۡـࣰٔاۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ besides GOD (Min Duuni-llahi)?" They (the transgressors) will say (Qaalu'), “They have diverted from us (Dollu' Ännaa). In fact (Bal), we did (Nakun) not (Lam') invoke (Nad'u') anything (Shai'an) before (Min Qab'lu).” Thus (Kazaalika) does GOD (Ellahu) send the disbelievers (El'Kaafiriin) astray (-Yudillu). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:74

ذَ ٰ⁠لِكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَفۡرَحُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَیۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَمۡرَحُونَ That (Zaalikum) is because (Bimaa) you used to (Kuntum') exult (Taf'rahuuna) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) without (Bi-Gai'ri) right (El'Haqqi) and (Wa) because (Bimaa) you were (Kuntum') exultant (Tam'rahuun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:75

ٱدۡخُلُوۤا۟ أَبۡوَ ٰ⁠بَ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرِینَ “Enter (Ed'khuluu') the gates (Ab'waaba) of Hell (Jahannama), eternally (Khaalidiina) therein (Fiihaa); and (Fa) wretched (Bi'sa) is the abode (Math'waa) of the arrogant ones (El'Mutakabbiriin).” https://thegreatkoran.com/40:76

فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقࣱّۚ فَإِمَّا نُرِیَنَّكَ بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِی نَعِدُهُمۡ أَوۡ نَتَوَفَّیَنَّكَ فَإِلَیۡنَا یُرۡجَعُونَ So (Fa) be patient (Es'bir'); indeed (Inna), the promise of GOD (Wa'da-llahi) is true (Haqqun). And (Fa) whether (Immaa) We show you (s) (Nuriyannaka) some (Ba'do) of what (Ellazii) We have promised them (Naedu-hum') or (Aw') cause you to die (Natawaffayannaka), then (Fa) to Us (ilai'naa) they will be returned (Yur'jauun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:77

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلࣰا مِّن قَبۡلِكَ مِنۡهُم مَّن قَصَصۡنَا عَلَیۡكَ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡ عَلَیۡكَۗ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن یَأۡتِیَ بِـَٔایَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِذَا جَاۤءَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ قُضِیَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ ٱلۡمُبۡطِلُونَ And (Wa) We have certainly (Laqad') sent (Ar'sal'naa) messengers (Rusulan) before you (s) (Min Qab'li-ka); among them (Min'hum') are those (Man) We have narrated (Qasos'naa) to you (Älai'ka), and (Wa) among them (Min'hum) are those (Man) We have not (Lam') narrated (Naq'sus') to you (s) (Älai'ka). And (Wa) it is (Kaana) not (Maa) for (Li) a messenger (Rasuulin) to (An) bring (Ya'tiya Bi) a sign (Aayatin) except (illa) by (Bi) the permission of GOD (Iz'ni-llahi). And (Fa) when (Izaa) the command of GOD (Am'ru-llahi) comes (Jaa'a), they will be judged (Qudiya) in truth (Bil' Haqqi), and (Wa) it is there (Hunaalika) the falsifiers (El'Mub'tiluun) will lose (Khasira). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:78

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَـٰمَ لِتَرۡكَبُوا۟ مِنۡهَا وَمِنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ GOD (Ellahu) is the One who (Ellazii) granted you (Jaäla La-kumu) the livestock (El'An'ääma) so that (Li) you may ride (Tar'kabu') some of them (Min'haa), and (Wa) eat (Ta'kuluun) some of them (Min'haa). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:79

وَلَكُمۡ فِیهَا مَنَـٰفِعُ وَلِتَبۡلُغُوا۟ عَلَیۡهَا حَاجَةࣰ فِی صُدُورِكُمۡ وَعَلَیۡهَا وَعَلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ تُحۡمَلُونَ And (Wa) for you (Lakum') are benefits (Manaafiu) in them (Fiihaa) and (Wa) that (Li) you may reach (Tab'lugu') a need (Haajatan) for them (Älai'haa) in (Fii) your bosoms (Suduuri-kum'); and (Wa) on them (Älai'ha) and on (Älaa) ships (El'Ful'ki) you are carried (Tuh'maluun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:80

وَیُرِیكُمۡ ءَایَـٰتِهِۦ فَأَیَّ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ تُنكِرُونَ And (Wa) HE shows you (Yurii-kum') HIS signs (Aayaati-hi). So (Fa) which (Ayya) of the signs of GOD (Aayaati-llahi) would you deny (Tunkiruun)? (41:53) https://thegreatkoran.com/40:81

أَفَلَمۡ یَسِیرُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَیَنظُرُوا۟ كَیۡفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِینَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُوۤا۟ أَكۡثَرَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَأَشَدَّ قُوَّةࣰ وَءَاثَارࣰا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَمَاۤ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ یَكۡسِبُونَ Do they then (Afa-) not (-lam') travel (Yasiiru') on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) to (Fa) observe (Yanzuru') how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) the end (Ääqibatu) of those (Ellaziina) before them (Min Qab'li-him')? They were (Kaanuu') more (Ak'thara) than them (Min'hum') and (Wa) stronger (Ashadda) in strength (Quwwatan) and (Wa) in effects (Aathaaran) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di), but (Fa) what (Maa) they used to (Kaanu') earn (Yak'sibuun) did not (Maa) avail them (Ag'naa Än'hum). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:82

فَلَمَّا جَاۤءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ فَرِحُوا۟ بِمَا عِندَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ یَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ And (Fa) when (Lammaa) their messengers (Rusulu-hum) brought them (Jaa'at'hum' Bi) proofs (El'Bayyinaati), they rejoiced (Farihu') in what (Bimaa) they had (Endahum) of (Mina) the knowledge (El' il'mi), but (Wa) they were afflicted (Haaqa Bi-him) by (Bihi) what (Maa) they used to (Kaanu') ridicule (Yas'tah'ziuun). https://thegreatkoran.com/40:83

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡا۟ بَأۡسَنَا قَالُوۤا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَحۡدَهُۥ وَكَفَرۡنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِۦ مُشۡرِكِینَ And (Fa) when (Lammaa) they saw (Ra'aw') Our torment (Ba'sa-naa), they said (Qaaluu'), "We believe (Aamannaa) in GOD (Billahi) alone (Wah'dahu) and (Wa) disbelieve (Kafar'naa) in those (Bimaa) we used to (Kunnaa) associate (idolize) (Mush'rikiin) with HIM (Bihi)." فَلَمۡ یَكُ یَنفَعُهُمۡ إِیمَـٰنُهُمۡ لَمَّا رَأَوۡا۟ بَأۡسَنَاۖ سُنَّتَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِی قَدۡ خَلَتۡ فِی عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ But (Fa) their faith (iimaanu-hum) did not (Lam Yaku) benefit them (Yanfau-hum) when (Lamma) they saw (Ra'aw') Our torment (Ba'sa-naa); such is the tradition of GOD (48:23) (Sunnata-llahi) which (Ellatii) had (Qad') passed (Khalat') among (Fii) HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi).
