The Groups

﴾ 1 ﴿ The revelation (Tanziilu) of the Book (El'Kitaabi) is from GOD (Minallahi), the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizi), the WISE (El' Hakiim).
﴾ 2 ﴿ Indeed (Innaa), We have revealed (Anzal'naa) the Book (El'Kitaaba) to you (s) (ilai'ka) in truth (Bil' Haqqi). So (Fa) worship GOD (E'budi-llaha), sincerely devoting (Mukh'lisoan) the religion (Ed'Diin) to HIM (Lahu).
﴾ 3 ﴿ Verily (Ala), for GOD (Lillahi) is the pure (exclusive) (El'Khaalisu) religion (Ed'Diinu). And (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) have taken (Ettakhazu') guardians (Aw'liyaa'a) besides HIM (Min Duuni-hi), "We only (Maailla) worship them (Na'budu-hum) that (Li) they may bring us closer (Yuqarribuu-naa) to GOD (ilaallahi) in rank (Zul'faa)." Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) will judge (Yah'kumu) between them (Bai'nahum) concerning (Fii) what (Maa) they (Hum) differ in (Yakh'talifuun Fiihi). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) does not (Laa) guide (Yah'dii) one who (Man') is (Huwa) a liar (Kaazibun) and a disbeliever (Kaffaar).
﴾ 4 ﴿ If (Law') GOD had intended (Araada-llahu) to (An) have (Yattakhiza) a son (Waladan), HE could have (La) chosen (Es'tofaa) whatever (Maa) HE willed (Yashaau) from what (Mimmaa) HE creates (Yakh'luqu). Glory be to HIM (Sub'haana-hu); HE (Huwa) is the GOD (Ellahu), the ONE (El' Waahidu), the CONQUEROR (El' Qahhaar).
﴾ 5 ﴿ HE created (Khalaqa) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'do) in truth (Bil' Haqqi); HE wraps up (Yukawwiru) the night (Ellai'la) over (Älaa) the day (En'Nahaari), and (Wa) wraps up (Yukawwiru) the day (En'Nahaara) over (Älaa) the night (Ellai'li), and (Wa) has subjugated (Sakkhara) the sun (Es'Sham'sa) and the moon (Wal' Qamara), each (Kullun) occurring (Yaj'rii) for (Li) a fixed (Musamman) term (Ajalin). Verily (Ala), HE (Huwa) is the ALMIGHTY (El' Äziizu), the FORGIVER (El' Gaffaar).
﴾ 6 ﴿ HE created you (Khalaqa-kum) from (Min) one (Waahidatin) soul (Naf'sin), and then (Thumma) made (Jaäla) its mate (Zaw'ja-ha) from it (Min'ha), and (Wa) HE revealed (Anzala) eight (Thamaaniyata) pairs (kinds) (Az'waajin) of livestock (6:143-144) (El'An'äämi) for you (Lakum). HE creates you (p) (Yakh'luqu-kum) in (Fii) the bellies (Butuuni) of your mothers (Ummahaati-kum); creation (Khal'qan) after (Min Ba'di) creation (Khal'qin), in (Fii) three (Thalaathin) darknesses (Zulumaatin). That (Zaalikumu) is GOD (Ellahu), your LORD (Rabbu-kum), to HIM belongs (Lahu) the dominion (El'Mul'ku); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa). So (Fa) how (Annaa) are you deviating (Tus'rafuun)?
﴾ 7 ﴿ If (In) you ungrateful (Tak'furu'), then (Fa) indeed, GOD (Innallaha) would relinquish you (Ganiyyun Änkum); for (Wa) HE does not (Laa) approve (Yar'doa) disbelief (El'Kuf'ra) for (Li) HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi), but (Wa) if (In) you are thankful (Tash'kuru'), HE will approve it (Yar'do-hu) for you (Lakum). And (Wa) no (Laa) bearer of burden (Waaziratun) can bear (Taziru) the burden (Wiz'ra) of another (Ukh'raa). Thus (Thumma) to (ilaa) your LORD (Rabbi-kum) is your return (Mar'jiu-kum), then (Fa) HE will inform you (Yunabbiu-kum) of what (Bimaa) you have (Kuntum') done (Ta'maluun). Indeed, HE (Innahu) is aware of (Äliimu Bi) the essence (Zaati) of the bosoms (Es'Suduur).
﴾ 8 ﴿ And (Wa) whenever (Izaa) adversity (Durrun) touches (Massa) the human being (El' Insaana) he invokes (Da'ää) his LORD (Rabba-hu), being repentant (Muniiban) to HIM (ilai'hi), but (Thumma) when (Izaa) HE bestows him (Khawwala-hu) a blessing (Ni'matan) from HIM (Min'hu), he (the human) forgets (Nasiya) what (Maa) he had (Kaana) invoked HIM (Yad'uu' ilai'hi) before (Min Qab'lu), and (Wa) he assigns (Jaäla) counterparts (Andaadan) to GOD (Lillahi) in order to (Li) deviate from (Yudilla Än) HIS way (Sabiili-hi). Say (Qul'): "Enjoy (Tamatta') in (Bi) your disbelief (Kuf'ri-ka) for a while (Qaliilan); indeed, you (Innaka) will be among (Min') the companions (As'haabi) of the Fire (En'Naar)."
﴾ 9 ﴿ Is he one who (Amman') is (Huwa) obedient (Qaanitun) during (Aanaa'a) the night (73:20) (Ellai'li), prostrating (Saajidan) and (Wa) standing (Qaa'iman), being cautious (Yah'zaru) of the hereafter (El'Aakhirata) and hoping for (Yar'ju') the mercy (Rah'mata) of his LORD (Rabbi-hi)? Say (Qul'): "Are (Hal') those who (Ellaziina) know (Ya'lamuuna) equal (Yas'tawii) to those who (Ellaziina) do not (Laa) know (Ya'lamuun)?" Only (Innama) those of intelligence (U'lul' Al'baab) will take heed (Yatazakkaru).
﴾ 10 ﴿ Say (Qul'): "O (Yaa) servants (Ebaadi) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), reverence (Ettaqu') your LORD (Rabba-kum’). There is good (Hasanatun) in (Fii) this (Haazihi) world (Ed'Dun'ya) for those who (Lillaziina) do good (Ah'sanu'), and (Wa) the earth of GOD (Ar'du-llahi) is spacious (Waasiätun). Only (Innamaa) those who are patient (Es'Soabiruuna) will be paid (Yuwaffa) their reward (Aj'ra-hum) without (Bi-Gai'ri) reckoning (Hisaab)."
﴾ 11 ﴿ Say (Qul'): "Indeed, I (Innii) have been commanded (Umir'tu) to (An') worship GOD (A'buda-llaha), sincerely devoting (Mukh'lisan) the religion (Ed'Diin) to HIM (Lahu).
﴾ 12 ﴿ "And (Wa) I (Mohammed) have been commanded (Umir'tu) to (Li An') be (Akuuna) the first (Awwala) of submitters (El'Mus'limiin)." (6:163)
﴾ 13 ﴿ Say (Qul'): "Indeed (Innii) I fear (Akhaafu), the punishment (Äzaaba) of a terrible (Äziim) day (Yaw'min), if (In') I should disobey (Äsoi'tu) my LORD (Rabbii)."
﴾ 14 ﴿ Say (Quli): "I worship (A'budu) GOD (Ellaha), sincerely devoting (Mukh'lisoan) my religion (Diinii) to HIM (Lahu),
﴾ 15 ﴿ so (Fa) worship (E'budu') whatever (Maa) you want (Shi'tum) besides HIM (Min Duuni-hi)." Say (Qul'): "Indeed (Inna), the losers (El'Khaasiriina) are those who (Ellaziina) will lose (Khasiruu') their souls (Anfusa-hum) and (Wa) their families (Ah'lii-him’) on the Day of Resurrection (Yaw'mal' Qiyaama'). Verily (Ala), that (Zaalika) is (Huwa) a clear (El'Mubiin) loss (El'Khus'raanu)."
﴾ 16 ﴿ They will have (Lahum) shelters (Zulalun) of (Mina) the Fire (En'Naari) above them (Faw'qihim) and (Wa) shelters (Zulalun) beneath them (Min Tah'ti-him). That (Zaalika) is by what (Bihi) GOD frightens (Yukhawwifu-llahu) HIS servants (Ebaada-hu). "O (Yaa) servants (Ebaadi), so (Fa) reverence ME (Ettaquuni)."
﴾ 17 ﴿ As for (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) avoid (Ej'tanabu') idols (Ettoaguuta), lest (An) they worship them (Ya'buduu-ha) and (Wa) repented (Anaabuu') to GOD (ilaallahi), for them (Lahumu) is the good news (El'Bush'raa); so (Fa) give good news (Bas’shir) to MY servants (Ebaadi),
﴾ 18 ﴿ who (Ellaziina) listen (Yas'tamiuuna) to the word (El'Qaw'la) and (Fa) follow (Yattabiuuna) the best of it (Ah'sana-hu). Those (U'laaika) are the ones (Ellaziina) whom (-humu) GOD (Ellahu) has guided (Hadaa-), and (Wa) they are (U'laaika Hum) those of intelligence (U'luul' Al'baab).
﴾ 19 ﴿ So is he one (Afaman') on whom (Älai'hi) the word (Kalimatu) of the punishment (El'Äzaabi) has been imposed (Haqqa)? So (Afa-) can you (s) (-Anta) rescue (Yunqizu) one who (Man) will be in (Fii) the Fire (En'Naar)? (2:119)
﴾ 20 ﴿ But (Laakini) those who (Ellaziina) reverenced (Ettaqaw') their LORD (Rabba-hum) will have (Lahum) chambers (Gurafun), above which (Min Faw'qi-ha) are constructed (Mab'niyyatun) chambers (Gurafun), beneath which (Tah'tiha) rivers (El'An'haar) flow (Taj'rii); such is the promise of GOD (Wa'da-llahi), GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) break (Yukh'lifu) a promise (El'Miiääd).
﴾ 21 ﴿ Do you not (Alam') see (Tara) that GOD (Annallaha) sends down (Anzala) water (Maa'an) from (Mina) the sky (Es'Samaa'i) and (Fa) inserts it (Salaka-hu) into (Fii) the earth (El'Ar'di) as springs (Yanaabiiä), then (Thumma) HE produces (Yukh'riju) planting (Zar'än) of varying (Mukh'talifan) colours (Al'waanuhu) with it (Bihi), then (Thumma) they stir up (Yahiiju), and (Fa) you see them (Taraa-hu) become yellow (Mus'farran); then (Thumma) HE renders them (Yuj'älu-hu) debris (Hutoaman)? Indeed (Inna), there is (La) a remembrance (Zik'raa) in (Fii) that (Zaalika) for (Li) those of intelligence (U'liil' Al'baab).
﴾ 22 ﴿ So (Afa-) is he one whom (-Man) GOD has expounded (Sharaha-llahu) his bosom (Sad'ra-hu) to the Submission (3:19) (Lil' Is'laami) and (Fa) he (Huwa) is upon (Älaa) a light (64:8) (Nuurin) from (Min) his LORD (Rabbi-hi)? Therefore (Fa) woe (Wai'lun) to those (Lil'-) whose hearts (Quluubu-hum) are hardened (-Qaasiyati) against (Min) the remembrance of GOD (Zik'ri-llahi). Those (U'laaika) are in (Fii) clear (Mubiin) error (Dolaalin).
﴾ 23 ﴿ GOD (Ellahu) has revealed (Nazzala) the best (Ah'sana) discourse (El'Hadiithi); a book (Kitaaban) similarly (Mutashaabihan) repeating (Mathaaniya). The skins (Juluudu) of those who (Ellaziina) fear (Yakh'shaw'na) their LORD (Rabba-hum) shiver (Taq'shaerru) thereof (Min'hu), thus (Thumma) their skins (Juluudu-hum) and (Wa) their hearts (Quluubu-hum) soften (Taliinu) to (ilaa) the remembrance of GOD (13:28) (Zik'ri-llahi); that (Zaalika) is the guidance of GOD (3:73) (Hudaa-llahi) by which (Bihi) HE guides (Yah'dii) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau). As for (Wa) one whom (Man) GOD leaves astray (Yud'lili-llahu), then (Fa) he will have (Lahu) no (Maa Min') guide (Haad).
﴾ 24 ﴿ So (Afa-) is he one who (-Man) will be safeguarded (Yuttaqii) with (Bi) his face (Waj'hi-hi) from the evil (Suu'a) punishment (El'Äzaabi) on the Day of Resurrection (Yaw'mal' Qiyaamati)? And (Wa) it will be said (Qiila) to the transgressors (Liz' Zoalimiina), "Taste (Zuuqu') what (Maa) you have (Kuntum) earned (Tak'sibuun)."
﴾ 25 ﴿ Those (Ellaziina) before them (Min Qab'li-him) denied (Kazzaba), so (Fa) the punishment (El'Äzaabu) came to them (Ataa-humu) from (Min') where (Hai'thu) they did not (Laa) perceive (Yash'uruun).
﴾ 26 ﴿ So (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) made them taste (Azaaqa-humu) the disgrace (El'Khiz'ya) in (Fii) the worldly (Ed'Dun'ya) life (El'Hayaati), but (Wa) the (La) punishment (Äzaabu) of the hereafter (El'Aakhirati) is greater (Ak'baru); if (Law') they should (Kaanu') know (Ya'lamuun).
﴾ 27 ﴿ And (Wa) We have certainly (Laqad') cited (-Dorab'naa) in (Fii) this (Haaza) Koran (El'Qur'aani) of (Min) every (Kulli) example (Mathalin) for the people (Lin' Naasi), perhaps they (Laällahum) will take heed (Yatazakkaruun).
﴾ 28 ﴿ (Ärabiyyaan) reading (Qur'aanan) without (Gai'ra-Zii) crookedness (Ewajin) perhaps they (Laällahum’) will become pious (Yattaquun). (41:3)
﴾ 29 ﴿ GOD cites (Doraba-llahu) an example (Mathalan) therein (Fiihi); a man (Rajulan) with quarrelling (Mutashaakisuuna) partners (Shurakaau), and (Wa) a man (Rajulan) submitting (Salaman) to (Li) one man (Rajulin). Are (Hal') the two equal (Yas'tawiyaani) in comparison (Mathalan)? Praise (El'Hamdu) be to GOD (Lillahi)! In fact (Bal'), most of them (Ak'tharu-hum) do not (Laa) know (Ya'lamuun).
﴾ 30 ﴿ Indeed, you (s) (Innaka) will die (Mayyitun), and (Wa) indeed, they (p) (Innahum) will die (Mayyituun).
﴾ 31 ﴿ Then (Thumma) indeed, you (p) (Innakum’) will quarrel (Takh'tasimuun) before (Enda) your LORD (Rabbi-kum) on the Day of Resurrection (Yaw'mal' Qiyaamati). (43:44 / 25:30)
﴾ 32 ﴿ So (Fa) who (Man') is more unjust (Az'lamu) than one who (Mimman) lies (Kazaba) about GOD (Älaallahi) and (Wa) denies (Kazzaba Bi) the truth (Es'Sid'qi) when (Iz') it has come to him (Jaa'a-hu)? Is (A-) there no (-lai'sa) abode (Math'wan) in (Fii) Hell (Jahannama) for the disbelievers (Lil' Kaafiriin)?
﴾ 33 ﴿ As for (Wa) the one who (Ellazii) comes with (Jaa'a Bi) the truth (Es'Sid'qi) and (Wa) gave credence to it (Soddaqa Bi-hi); they (Humu) are those (U'laaika) who are the pious (El'Muttaquun).
