The People سُورَةُ النَّاسِ
﴾ ١ ﴿ قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ
﴾ 1 ﴿
Say (Qul'): "I seek protection (Auuzu) with (Bi) the LORD (Rabbi) of the people (mankind) (En'Naas)*,
﴾ ٢ ﴿ مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ
﴾ 2 ﴿
King (Maliki) of the people (En'Naas),
﴾ ٣ ﴿ إِلَـٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ
﴾ 3 ﴿
Deity (ilaahi) of the people (En'Naas),
﴾ ٤ ﴿ مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ
﴾ 4 ﴿
against (Min) the evil (Sharri) of the demonic (El'Khannaas) whisperer (El'Was'waasi),
﴾ ٥ ﴿ ٱلَّذِی یُوَسۡوِسُ فِی صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ
﴾ 5 ﴿
who (Ellazii) whispers (Yuwas'wisu) into (Fii) the bosoms (chests) (Suduuri) of the people (En'Naas),
﴾ ٦ ﴿ مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ
﴾ 6 ﴿
from (Mina) the jinn (El'Jinnati) and (Wa) the people (En'Naas)."
